I cannot speak highly enough of this therapy center. My son who has mild ASD, has made incredible progress thanks to the exceptional care he received. His therapist, Fecha, is truly amazing. She has a remarkable ability to connect with him and create a comfortable, engaging environment for therapy sessions. Lego has been a game-changer for my boy, and Fecha has expertly utilized this tool to help him develop essential skills. Her dedication goes beyond therapy sessions; she even surprised him with thoughtful birthday gifts, demonstrating her genuine care and commitment. I wholeheartedly recommend this therapy center to any parent seeking specialized support for their child.

From the very first session, it was clear that your compassionate and patient approach was exactly what we needed to navigate through such a difficult time. Your work has been instrumental in helping my child cope with the trauma of exposure to domestic violence, anxiety and troubling behaviours. Through your guidance and the power of play therapy, I have seen my child grow into a more confident, stable, and emotionally mature 6-year-old. The bond you’ve developed with my child has been truly special and has complemented the support system at home. Your empathy and understanding have not only helped my child but have also strengthened the relationship we share as a family. The transformation we’ve witnessed from finding emotional stability, building resilience and expressing love, trust and his views —has been profound. Come here frequently as I have a gelish mani pedi package. The place is clean and nice. Felicia is great, she's careful and detailed. The place is usually empty with 1 therapist. They can improve their booking/appointment and phone service.

Lovely experience! Nails were meticulously done and the manicurists were very friendly and professional. Place was clean and spacious. Wide range of colours too!

Had a super unpleasant experience when I needed to rush from work to the salon, waited 20 min at the Soho downstairs door only to find out that the therapist has left for the day and my appointment was not booked in the system. I was offered 50 dollars off any future service if I chose to reschedule and come back in the future (they charge $268/- per session for the service I planned to do). Not sure any pissed customers will ever consider the 18.6% off when the salon screwed up so badly. Thank you but no thanks!

Be careful when signing a package with this place. My wife signed a package and got ghosted shortly after. Most likely one of those scam salons.

Staff is very friendly and patience, redo many times still cannot make it. Promised to give 20% for first time customer end up charged me $40 without any discount. Would not recommend do design here.
