Fecha is a superb therapist who is extremely patient and goes beyond the patient to the entire family so therapy is combined with other activities. Our son was coming to 4yo and had a biting incident at school which he couldn't get over. After a few sessions, he could tell Fecha all about his friendships and how we can all help him get over it. After that, he also grew to be more mature in managing his emotions by learning how to prevent a meltdown and talking to us clearly on what he needs/wants or dislikes. Fecha is also extremely friendly in listening to our stories and offers many, many ways of engaging children which benefits us for life. Thank you, Fecha!

Our child had a wonderful experience at Play Therapy Singapore. Our assigned therapist [Ms. Fecha] was gracious, warm, and made positive engaging connections. The playroom was colorful and inviting. Our child always looks forward to the sessions and has made significant progress in his prosocial and emotional management skills. We highly recommend this center! :)

Had a super unpleasant experience when I needed to rush from work to the salon, waited 20 min at the Soho downstairs door only to find out that the therapist has left for the day and my appointment was not booked in the system. I was offered 50 dollars off any future service if I chose to reschedule and come back in the future (they charge $268/- per session for the service I planned to do). Not sure any pissed customers will ever consider the 18.6% off when the salon screwed up so badly. Thank you but no thanks!

Lovely experience! Nails were meticulously done and the manicurists were very friendly and professional. Place was clean and spacious. Wide range of colours too!

Come here frequently as I have a gelish mani pedi package. The place is clean and nice. Felicia is great, she's careful and detailed. The place is usually empty with 1 therapist. They can improve their booking/appointment and phone service.

Be careful when signing a package with this place. My wife signed a package and got ghosted shortly after. Most likely one of those scam salons.

I went to play the escape room yesterday. There are many game choices. The service of the front desk waiter was also very good. When we were hesitant about which game to choose, Winnie also patiently introduced the game we played. This is where I felt very comfortable. The staff was not impatient. It is worth experiencing. My wife and I had a lot of fun. Full marks 💯

Some single-player games are fun, but some games have a CPU that's too powerful and when you lose, the CPU jumps around and gloats while you're left feeling pissed and unable to do anything. The biggest problem with these games is that you simply can't beat the CPU.
