We’ve had an amazing experience with Facha as our child’s play therapist. She is incredibly patient and has a natural ability to connect with children. She not only helps our child work through his emotions and behaviors but also takes the time to explain the underlying reasons for his actions in a way that’s easy to understand. Her advice on how we can strengthen our bond with our child has been truly invaluable. We’re so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and insightful therapist.

Had a super unpleasant experience when I needed to rush from work to the salon, waited 20 min at the Soho downstairs door only to find out that the therapist has left for the day and my appointment was not booked in the system. I was offered 50 dollars off any future service if I chose to reschedule and come back in the future (they charge $268/- per session for the service I planned to do). Not sure any pissed customers will ever consider the 18.6% off when the salon screwed up so badly. Thank you but no thanks!

Staff is very friendly and patience, redo many times still cannot make it. Promised to give 20% for first time customer end up charged me $40 without any discount. Would not recommend do design here.

Be careful when signing a package with this place. My wife signed a package and got ghosted shortly after. Most likely one of those scam salons.

I went to play the escape room yesterday. There are many game choices. The service of the front desk waiter was also very good. When we were hesitant about which game to choose, Winnie also patiently introduced the game we played. This is where I felt very comfortable. The staff was not impatient. It is worth experiencing. My wife and I had a lot of fun. Full marks 💯
