Extremely poor after sales service support.

Awesome aircons and great service!

Worst company ever. If you want a nightmare to install your ACs or service your ACs, please just go for them. Totally disappointed!!!!

Bad customer service from company. After air-con installation screw up, company owner did not bother to follow up or rectify with us, simply pushed it to Daikin to resolve our issue. Disappointed with the service, will not return.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Facha as our child’s play therapist. She is incredibly patient and has a natural ability to connect with children. She not only helps our child work through his emotions and behaviors but also takes the time to explain the underlying reasons for his actions in a way that’s easy to understand. Her advice on how we can strengthen our bond with our child has been truly invaluable. We’re so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and insightful therapist.

I cannot speak highly enough of this therapy center. My son who has mild ASD, has made incredible progress thanks to the exceptional care he received. His therapist, Fecha, is truly amazing. She has a remarkable ability to connect with him and create a comfortable, engaging environment for therapy sessions. Lego has been a game-changer for my boy, and Fecha has expertly utilized this tool to help him develop essential skills. Her dedication goes beyond therapy sessions; she even surprised him with thoughtful birthday gifts, demonstrating her genuine care and commitment. I wholeheartedly recommend this therapy center to any parent seeking specialized support for their child.

Our child had a wonderful experience at Play Therapy Singapore. Our assigned therapist [Ms. Fecha] was gracious, warm, and made positive engaging connections. The playroom was colorful and inviting. Our child always looks forward to the sessions and has made significant progress in his prosocial and emotional management skills. We highly recommend this center! :)

We saw the improvement in the child after 2 sessions. The therapist (Fecha) is very patient and make alot of effort in engaging the kid who started with social awkward and unable to control emotions. Kid enjoys the session so much that he looks forward to it every week. And he learned to express his emotions rather than threw tantrums easily. The review provided was very helpful too for us to understand the child better and take note on what we can do better in the family. I am amazed to see my child has improved so much through play therapy! Knowing the child is the good start of a healthy and happy family!
