Use them at your own risk! Extremely rude and unprofessional after sales service. They are only after 1 off installation business and will never be bothered to follow up on after sales service. Shirk away responsibility when there is anything that goes wrong after installation. Their technician damages the brand new aircon during installation and had to repair it on the spot. Thereafter lots of other issues occur and they deny everything. Their boss is William who handles sales and their after sales is Francis. Both are equally rude and treats customers like dirt when you call them.

Bad customer service from company. After air-con installation screw up, company owner did not bother to follow up or rectify with us, simply pushed it to Daikin to resolve our issue. Disappointed with the service, will not return.
