Horrible, they have an online store as well and It's practically a scam. Bought a pair of couple earrings over $100 design on the website made it look so nice, DO NOT BE FOOLED. Cheaper than $2 necklaces sold on shopee and half baked designs where only 1 side had a design and the back side of the necklace was practically blank. can't even refund, they give you "Store Vouchers" horrible, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Use them at your own risk! Extremely rude and unprofessional after sales service. They are only after 1 off installation business and will never be bothered to follow up on after sales service. Shirk away responsibility when there is anything that goes wrong after installation. Their technician damages the brand new aircon during installation and had to repair it on the spot. Thereafter lots of other issues occur and they deny everything. Their boss is William who handles sales and their after sales is Francis. Both are equally rude and treats customers like dirt when you call them.
