Ordered a Striking Scarlet 2 weeks ago - a lovely spread of the reddest roses and the most exotic of purple orchids. It was nothing less than spectacular. The flowers have lasted the longest I’ve ever witnessed, not to mention the striking beauty of the arrangement, and the service from my online order was most professionally handled. Thank you Flower Matters because the product does matter.

Bought a Jellycat Cake yesterday and was impressed by the lovely services and complimentary gift wrapping, message card and carrier. Thank you so much and the Birthday Girl received it with a lot of joy!

Of course it's not a European flower store with a crazy assortment of fresh flowers. But for Singapore, it's a very good option. There are ready-made bouquets of fresh flowers. You can put together your own bouquet with the help of a charming consultant. There are original bouquets of dried flowers. And there are also soft toys, key chains and bagcharms, various packaging and gift boxes. I liked the work of the sales assistant, her unhurriedness. In order for the flowers to survive a few hours before delivery, the flower stems were packed in a soft wet synthetic napkin and cellophane bag. I liked this store. I recommend it, especially since it is a chain store.

Newly open in 2024, first timing trying the Dim Sum. Taste good. But food cold very fast, eat while still hot.

Dim Sum - not good, don't try, siew Mai tastes like those cheap ones you buy from coffeeshop drink stall. Makan Melaka - ayam masak Merah ($6) is decent, if given a choice, would rather eat at Fiie's which is much nicer. Cendol ($2) is also not bad, but limited fillings unless you upgrade to more expensive options. Overall, not bad if you value comfort, variety of food and cleanliness of the area. Otherwise, the individual food stalls around Lucky Plaza will probably yield better tasting food.
