Disclaimer: all the 5 star reviews you see here are because free drinks/ snacks are offered. This is a new place that is popular with the Chinese and staff dont really speak or communicate in English. How they get you to spend with them is to top up credits of $20 or more and this is utilised based on your time there or when you make purchases. I had quite a poor experience there on my first time. The staff was not clear in her communication and as a couple, we were not aware that the QR codes she provided were specific to individuals and ended up double-paying. This resulted in inconvenience where they had to refund us cash. In terms of gaming experience, unlike local lan shops, multiplayer games required account access and we wasted time trying to create accounts before learning that they could provide us account access (access to games were limited). The furnishing, the pcs, rooms generally met expectation but audio wise there was a lag, not sure why. My computer also loaded an error upon starting up. Pricing wise, local lan shops have it cheaper but I can see why people would pay more for the comfort the rooms provide. They have so many rooms there would probably be space even during peak hours.

Really nice place, great staff, food is not bad, gaming setup is high quality and super comfortable room. Will be recommending to my friends. Definitely coming back.

This place was well advertised, furturistic designs, 24/7 access and couples rooms available. Which were the reasons why we decided to patronise in the first place. We opted for a 2 hour gaming session for 2 pax, that cost $9.70/hour, totalling approximately $40. Mind you, the ‘5 star’ reviews here are from free drinks/snacks. However, the moment we walked into the room there was this extremely musty smell. The smell was especially strong in their blankets and mouse pads. It was so strong that we couldn’t start playing any games at all. We contacted the staff and they were willing to help; they kept bringing new blankets, but every replacement had the exact same odour, so nothing was resolved. When we asked for a refund, the manager - Tang Hui Hua, displayed a very poor service attitude and poor conflict-resolution skills. Not only did she fail to acknowledge our complaint, she repeatedly insisted there was no smell, which completely invalidated our experience. She was not open to any feedback or comments; everything we said seemed to go over her head. Ultimately, we were not able to get a refund, so we used the remaining credits to purchase their overpriced snacks (Less than 10 for $40. Let that sink in.) Overall, although the rest of the staffs were warm and friendly, eager to help, disappointingly, the service by the manager was extremely poor and the space was just uncomfortable for us. Additionally, the gaming consoles such as mouse and the keyboard are really not up to standard. They just felt really cheap to the touch.

Awesome new spot for gamers, family and friends! Just visited Elixir Esports and I’m super impressed! The setup is clean, modern, and clearly built with serious gamers in mind. High-end PCs, fast internet, comfy chairs, everything you need for a great gaming session. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a variety of snacks and drinks to select, perfect for long sessions! If you’re looking for a new go-to esports space or just want to chill with friends over some games, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Great place for computer gaming! The PCs are fast, the graphics are smooth, and the atmosphere is super chill. Perfect for grinding ranked or just playing with friends. Staff are friendly too—highly recommend Elixar Esports if you want a solid gaming spot.

absolutely HORRID experience here. the management was terrible, one of the managers had an attitude with me. it was not covid protective friendly at all. i wish i could rate it lower stars. I was confused about something with my ticket since it is was my first time, and i was asking a lot of questions to a manager and the manager had the audacity to raise her voice at me. I am not from this country so i am very anxious with things and it felt very racially motivated. And lastly the staff DOESN'T WEAR GLOVES WHEN SERVING FOOD. i nearly gagged at the site. i cant believe there is not more bad reviews its probably their workers covering up the bad experiences. (it is also freezing cold i think it gave me a sickness, wear a jacket and scarf if after that you are still considering)
