Had the casual dinner with my partner and was pretty surprised by how good the food was. We ordered rolls, truffle chawanmushi, truffle pasta and sashimi but the champion gotta be the truffle chawanmushi. It was made to order instead of pre-steamed like most places. Atmosphere is pretty good and service is top notch. Will definitely return for another meal here.

Melts in your mouth Wagyu beef and delicious aburi sushi. Truffle chawanmushi was so good too. Excellent customer service. For the portion, quite a hefty price.

Excellent and well priced omakase experience with great and personal service. The chef was fun yet professional and personable. There were some interesting, delicious and very innovative dishes. We were very happy overall. I highly recommend them.

Was so full we didn’t finish the omakase course (didn’t have the last eel sushi and skipped the soup and dessert) we were missing the experience we had in Tokyo and this came relatively close. They have a 1-1 promo if you have early dinner at 5.30; so went we had our reservation at 7pm on a Sunday we were the only couple in the restaurant. Sashimi was really fresh and the 138+ set was really value for money. Great food for good price. Will come back

Absolutely loved my experience at Sushi Jin! The food was incredibly delicious especially the truffle steamed egg, which was an absolute standout. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Left the restaurant feeling genuinely happy and satisfied. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

We had the pleasure of enjoying an impromptu omakase dinner with Chef Patrick Tan, and it was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was crafted with care, but the true standouts of the night were the flounder fish sushi and the otoro with truffle. Absolutely unforgettable! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully balanced. On top of that, Patrick was warmly polite and attentive. We will definitely be back again, and highly recommend all food lovers to try his omakase!

We chanced upon this Japanese restaurant offering an omakase sushi meal and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The seafood was exceptionally fresh, and the chef’s careful preparation preserved its natural flavors. Each course was thoughtfully presented, and the portion size was just nice, leaving us satisfied without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, a refined and enjoyable omakase experience.

The deep fried potato chips are splendid and fresh, must add the dipping powder from the sauce bar. The japanese pork bone soup is ok although a bit tasteless but you can add from sauce bar. Previous time i ordered mala soup da la but it was not nice, mostly chilli oil drenched over soup base, didn't taste like mala at all. Recommend to get the cleaner soups. The fried egg was not that nice as it was cold and the chicken slices were tasteless, recommend getting other meats instead like the beef. Overall very good for the price, currently it's at 40% for students when i went. Would go at this price point. Spent about 10/pax but ordered too much. Weekday crowd for lunch has q a number of people and had to queue
