Barista Ting is a true star—always cheerful, helpful, and radiating warmth with her genuine smile. Her friendly service and positive energy make every Starbucks visit a delight. Highly recommended!

i asked her if she is able to refill my waterbottle and she told i need to buy something first. but the water is supposed to be free? it was during a non rush hour too. there was no one ordering before me, no online orders too. I can tell because she was restocking supplies. I asked my ex Starbucks employees and those who are working at plazasing if water at sb is free and they said yes

Horrible service. Not welcoming. Not friendly. Extremely rude and inappropriate. I came here with a friend and my friend bought one drink. We left our bags and laptops at the table and came back about 40mins later. To our surprise, our stuff was gone so we went to ask the staff. The female staff with the short bob hair cut and glasses was very rude. She asked us how long we were gone in a rude/scolding tone. I proceeded to say I didn't know because I didn't time myself. She then proceeded to pull out an ALARM CLOCK and showed us that we were gone for 40mins. She was timing us from the moment we left??? So we apologised and took our stuff back. We still wanted to study so we took our stuff and started studying. Keep in mind that only my friend bought a drink. I haven't bought my drink yet because i was still deciding and i was shaken up by the recent interaction with that female staff. So after about a few minutes of sitting down. She came up to us again and told us we could only use one table. I asked her why because there were many other tables available and i was confused on why i could not use 2 tables. Mind you the store was 80% empty. She went on to explain that it was a 'peak' period even though the store was empty and people needed tables to eat lunch. My laptop is big so it tends to take up majority of the table and it would be difficult to share one table with my friend. At that point i was extremely irritated and no longer wanted to face that female staff again and no longer had the face to buy a drink. After awhile, my friend then asked the staff if i could use another table if i bought another drink and the staff said it was ok. So does that mean 1 drink = 1 table?? Other stores are not like that. So after i bought my drink I went on with studying and i got comfortable and sat with my legs crossed on the chair. She then came up to me and told me to sit properly becuase she needed to clean the chairs and i could not have my feet (i was wearing socks) touching the chairs. After that she proceeded to keep an eye on us and check on us every few minutes. She came up to us a few times to 'talk' to us even though we wanted to study in peace. Do not come to this outlet. Other outlets are not like this. They should teach the female staff with the bob hair cut to be more friendly and welcoming instead of telling us off and monitoring us while we are studying. I will never be coming back to this outlet. The other staff were nice though its just her. Its been awhile since this incident and i'm still irritated and bothered by it. Rude staff. She should have told me nicely as I am a paying customer.

New Starbucks looks awesome. The new wooded furnishings and tall ceiling makes it feel vibrant and open. Seating doesn’t seem extensive so one can expect this place to fill up fast on a school day or during exam season. Glad this place is returning with the reopening of the mall.

Love the atmosphere and the people! They are so friendly and I feel like I am with my friends whenever I visit. Especially the manager Karen, she's always so ready to serve! Will definitely be my regular hang out!

Lady with short bub was really rude during the ordering. She also did not allow me and my friend to use 2 round tables and insisted we either share a round table or move to the long tables. I understand the need for this rule if it was a weekend n really crowded, but we were there on a weekday and the store was relatively empty. the drink was also not great. the cup was filled with so much ice that i could barely drink my matcha. had much better ice to drink ratios at other outlets.

The tables are so awkwardly small and round to the point many patrons here that i see are seated separately. there were many who came in groups of 2/3 but they were sitting 1 table EACH to study. not very conducive and space efficient. Was here for a quick bite and chitchat session with a friend. couldn't get a table or even a seat due to these hoggers. New concept of starbucks.. from dim cosy vibes with spacious square tables to this bright vibes and ridiculously small round table. wouldn't even come here if wasn't for the full crowd at Plaza Sing outlet on a Sunday afternoon.. Also, why is the music here so loud? needed to raise our voices to talk.

Visited this outlet on a Sunday evening. Didn’t notice this hand-written happy greeting, until halfway through my drink. Cool and nice sweet touch, from the crews at this outlet. Sometimes it’s the small gestures that defines great service. Very friendly service, great spacious place to chill over tea or coffee.

I have been coming to this outlet every Saturday since it's opening. (Previously, I would frequent the Plaza Singapura outlet.) Love the atmosphere here. Less crowded, nice music, good air conditioning.  (PS is very hot at certain sections.) The service here is very homely. Like speaking to a family member 🤭. Have to specially compliment Karen, Yves, Ting and Sabrina. Very bubbly characters that bring sunshine to the customers day. And they will "Go the extra mile" the make sure the customer gets what they need. Sometimes, they will also remember the orders of their regular customers too! (And yes, my favourite food here is Egg White Red Pepper Mushroom Wrap, Egg Mayo Multigrain crossiant and Deep Dish Beef Pie!) Thank you for the great Starbucks experience!

SGshop is utterly disappointing. They charged sgcare fees and yet didnt take due diligence to make sure all my items are in working conditions. And while I sent email with video and pic of item and its own packaging, order and delivery ID numbers to seek help and replacement/exchange (not even asking for refund) for 1 item which is not working, this is their repeated response, “We will need you to provide a photograph of the packaging of the item including SGshop sticker for investigation and verification purposes. If not, we are unable to investigate and verify the matter to assist you further.” They insisted to have pic of the outer carton box which I have explained it was thrown away after I have torn apart the box and taken all the actual packages out of it. And cos of that they are refusing to act on it. It is obvious the items were purchased thru sgshop given the order and delivery ID numbers. I don’t understand how the company can just push customers away when we faced issues with the products by making use of such hard requirements against us. Even customer tries to seek help on such simple request yet no exceptions or further support can be provided. Really disappointed with the level of customer service of sgshop. Never face any such issues with many other merchants. This is terrible with the additional sgcare fees the company taken from me.
