For a 1st time it was very fruitful experience. Highly recommend for those 1st time doing eating bbq. Especially if youre not too sure the staff is more than willing to help you out

Frozen meat, terrible experience. The meat was served completely frozen. All the slices were stuck together in a big lump. After grilling, it became tough, dry, and chewy. Unacceptable quality for a yakiniku place. Won't be coming back.

Food is good usual. Came during dinner rush hour and the waiter who served us is amazing. He is basically a one man show for customer service and he does it so well.

I visited the Cathay outlet with my kids and was very impressed with John. It seemed like he was the only one serving on the floor, yet he remained attentive, friendly, and patient when I asked a few questions about the promotions. When our food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see an extra bowl brought to our table without me even asking. I was with my 3-year-old daughter and was just about to request one, but John had already noticed and anticipated our need. Usually, I don’t really write reviews, but this thoughtful gesture made me enjoy my meal even more and truly brightened my day. Thank you, John, for going above and beyond!

I had lunch at this branch this afternoon and the overall dining experience was excellent. I was especially impressed by a staff member named ‘’Wei Jian‘’. Even during a busy period, he quickly noticed when I needed assistance and responded immediately with great professionalism and courtesy. Truly outstanding service – thank you!

I ordered a steak set but was a little surprised to be served steak that was still frozen with ice on it. For the price point (sgd30+ per person), I had expected better quality and preparation. Even if you want to use frozen steak, I shouldn’t be seeing ice on my table? Service also felt impersonal — the waiter serving my food held the tray with my dish for a moment as if expecting me to take it from his hands, even though the table was clear, and I wondered if I was expecting too much for the tray simply to be placed on the table. It’s not an excuse to say that because this is “cheap” at SGD30+ per person, service should be cold — just look at how warm and welcoming the service is at Saizeriya one floor below.

Enjoyed the experience. The food was good n best part I could still get a table during peak hour for 4 on a Sunday dinner time!

Great food and service! The meat was really fresh. We enjoyed our meal here, and the prices are fair and affordable.

Served by John, a cheerful and polite 5 star employee. He ran the whole restaurant almost all by himself and yet maintained a cheerful disposition throughout my dining time. I hope the management value this employee, if not he will easily be poached by other F&B companies. Update : Just realised that I am not the only reviewer who noticed John’s dedication to his role. Well done, John!
