Melvin was extremely helpful in resolving my ring resizing issue. He was polite, knowledgeable, and offered the right advice. The service was impressively efficient—I had my ring, which was purchased overseas, resized and ready for collection on the same day. Despite the resizing, the original engravings were kept perfectly intact, and I received the ring back in the same condition, if not better.

I am so hay we found that place. I got engaged in Singapur and on the next day we left so I wanted to get the ring done asap. We went to many places and only this place could help us to resize it on the same day. And they made it perfectly done. I am very happy and they safed my day.

I made a booking online which was a breeze. Melvin was very patient and helpful, explaining to me what can and cannot be done with my white gold bracelet which had a ‘crack’ in it. I left the bracelet with him and went for coffee. Bracelet was repaired in an hour’s time. He even polished my bracelet making it look shining and new. Excellent service. Price is reasonable too. I am definitely a returning customer.

I went to Meiya coz my sister had her diamond ring resized last August and she was very pleased with the service. This time round, I sent my diamond bracelet to be fixed coz the joint broke in the middle. The repair didn't take long. Brought a set of tarnished silver medal with steel chain for professional cleaning and restoration. The medal was meticulously restored to its former lustre, and the chain was beautifully chrome-plated and looking better now than its originally condition when first bought. They were completed before schedule but what I really appreciate was their reasonable charges and friendly service.
