I have been a long time customer of Erabelle. I love the aesthetic environment of the place, a sanctuary, away from the hustle and bustle. What stands out most is the quality of the service. My beauty therapist Ms Kai Qi is extremely professional and so gentle with her hands. I enjoyed every of her facial sessions and the Oasis facial treatment is very luxurious and hydrating. I just simply love the the place and the services!

The oasis face treatment is very hydrating and also soothing for my sensitive skin - able to see results, ie less lines and radiant. The shoulder massage during facial is very relaxing. Professional therapists and fantastic ambience - superb experience. Always feel refreshed after my treatment. Special thanks to all the therapists, especially Shirlin. Personalized service. Prestige facial experience. Even the towels, bedsheets, and blankets are personalize with customer's name. They wash your legs, measure your facial skin parameters and finish with a full set of meals and drink.

Being a loyal & faithful customer for many years, I enjoyed & appreciate the many services I experienced - from facials, massages to eyebrow / lip embroideries, etc. The service staff are excellent, professional, well trained, polite & proved themselves to have “Service from the Heart”. Experienced the facial at their newly opened flagship shop at The Cathay. The ambience was nice and tranquil. The entire shop design gives a calming and relaxing effect the moment you enter. The team serves with passion, professionalism and dedication. Always enjoyed my facial and can feel the sincere service that the team provides, especially Min Ru who is always so attentive to small details. Her dedicated service is my main reason why i have been their loyal customer.

A beauty salon with beautiful aesthetics and calm vibes. Can see much efforts put into decoration at the salon. Staff are friendly and approachable. Jeannie Chai has been my therapist for a while, I like how she remembers my skin needs and for each visit, she would tilt the bed to the angle I need for my head and feet! While she's gentle in the facial treatment, I love how she gives me a relaxing shoulder massage with her strong hands. Truly enjoy every visit when I can thoroughly relax.
