Did not have an overall good experience at this newly opened food court. The layout was very cramped but understandable as they try to squeeze more stalls & more seats in a prime location. We went after 2pm but it was still crowded. Avoid peak hours at all costs. Hard to find seats, be bold and ask to share tables. Some of the food stalls had long queues so we tried those with short or no queues. We tried the satay meehoon, portion was so miserably small compared to the stall photo image. It’s $7.50 with no prawns or cuttlefish, which will be $9.50. Taste is average, it’s not worth the price. We were still hungry. We tried the Rojak $6 & Taupok $5.80 and they were good, just a little pricey but worth it. We also tried the dessert - Cheng Tng & Green Bean Sweet Potato at $2.60 each - very good & very reasonable pricing. Definitely worth it. Will wait for the crowds to thin down before trying other food options at this food court. Promising but many areas of improvement needed.

We visited this place 3-4 times and had the pleasure of interacting with some friendly staff members. However, I must admit that I find the prices suggested by the Michelin guide to be quite high. The stalls are very small, and with only 2-3 staff members working, it often leads to a wait of at least 10-20 minutes for food. Take the Special Viet Roti, for example. They serve the bread wrapped in paper for an extra charge of 30 cents, when if you dine in at the hawker, you get a free paper box. If the box for take a way, I think good and easy for bread more then 2 paper wrapped. As someone who is Vietnamese, I was a bit surprised during my first visit when I asked the staff not to add fried onions to my bread. In my experience, fried onions and lettuce are not common additions in Vietnam. Typically, our sandwiches feature pâté, creamy eggs, cucumber, coriander, chili, and a variety of meats. It would be nice to see more authentic options that align with what we often enjoy back home.

Love the mixed vegetables and rojak stalls. Yummy selections and beautifully cooked.

Perhaps the highest concentration of Michelin hawkers at basement in Singapore. No need to argue about the food quality and Orchard pricing. Including the outside area, all the ones I like and crave are there. But who designed this place and the process flow? Just avoid the peak hours (Sunday evening included).

Food is great but not too sure about the way the tables are fitted. Best to avoid during lunch peak hours!

I have been going to Erabelle over the years for facial and eyebrows embroidery services. The place is cosy and clean at all their outlets. Service is top notch. Had my first eyebrows embroidery done in 2006, was very satisfied and happy as they look natural. Daphne and Coco are highly skilled artists. As their services are good so I had my facial done by them. All the staff are very nice and friendly. I have always feeling very relaxed during facial done by Jeannie. She is a very patience, friendly person. She is also knowledgeable on the facial process, products as she will explain to you which area of the face will be treated. I have always enjoyed facial at Erabelle. Would highly recommend Erabelle for facial and eyebrow embroidery.

I’ve been with Erabelle since they started operation 20+ yrs ago providing eyebrow embroidery services at Bugis Junction. Love how their owner always ensure their services rendered and products used are of highest standard. Staff are all constantly sent for further training and the owner must have been fair and caring to her employees where many old faces have remained loyal to her till today. I have been with Erabelle Prestige for the longest time and this is my go to place for facial and relaxation. The moment you stepped into their outlets, it feels like you are transported to a zen Japanese house in Kyoto; with soothing soft music, quaint traditional Japanese decor and gentle smiley staff in kimonos. I always come out with a glow on my face cos their facial methods are not just relaxing but also uplifting for my skin and mood. See photos for the food extended for VIPs and the birthday gift they prepared during my birthday month. I highly recommend those with budget to give it a try. You will get addicted to their facials and their impeccable service. 🤗

The oasis face treatment is very hydrating and also soothing for my sensitive skin - able to see results, ie less lines and radiant. The shoulder massage during facial is very relaxing. Professional therapists and fantastic ambience - superb experience. Always feel refreshed after my treatment. Special thanks to all the therapists, especially Shirlin. The great customer experience is why I am a loyal customer.

A beauty salon with beautiful aesthetics and calm vibes. Can see much efforts put into decoration at the salon. Staff are friendly and approachable. Jeannie Chai has been my therapist for a while, I like how she remembers my skin needs and for each visit, she would tilt the bed to the angle I need for my head and feet! While she's gentle in the facial treatment, I love how she gives me a relaxing shoulder massage with her strong hands. Truly enjoy every visit when I can thoroughly relax.

Staff are well trained, experienced and detailed. Have been a long time customer with Erabelle and they have been consistent with their level of performance. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for facial and embroidery service.
