Great experience. Was with my son out for lunch, staff is very attentive. We try the executive set lunch angus beef, is a 9 course meal. Chef will alert on fire display, So satisfying and full meal. Very spacious and we had plenty of space

The steak was cooked sometime ago then kept then other plates were cooked for other table then chef came back to put flames on the steak, about 10 min later with pre-cooked veggies. Hence, meat was served warm not very hot which became quickly cold. Further the order got mixed up we received something we didn't order. So different servers and chef keep on checking to each other in front of us and came to talk to us back and forth for 3-4 times. They discussed if how they will deal with this, or even they will remove some items from our original menu to compensate for the expensive beef served by mistake. Meanwhile our steak in pieces got all cold. In the end, we didn't really have time to enjoy the meat in peace with a glass of wine, we ended up paying 230 dollar for two people within 1 hour of quick lunch. I think it's not really worth the bill and the salt and butter overpower the meat. There is only 1 chef to serve many tables. Good thing is that staff are friendly. I would probably not going back though.

Not sure why, but I personally don't feel very comfortable whenever I'm here at Palais Renaissance. It's not the most convenient of malls to begin with, but it's also located along the less glamorous side of Orchard Road. The restaurants and bars here, are also quite up-market. Maybe it's just not for me but I find that there are better malls around the island.

It was my first time coming to this mall eventhough I have visited Orchard road countless time. The place is not sheltered from MRT station, it was drizzling that day when I walked here. The mall itself like a high class mall inside. It was clean and not many people here. I went to one outlet that I was looking for and that's all. Taxi stand is located at the back of the mall.

Estuary Restaurant was generally good but various dishes we ordered carried a sweet tinge. We prefer a more savoury emphasis. Caviar Restaurant was excellent !

Missed coming to Merci Marcel last year as it was due to 8 pax limit. So today came with 2 of my colleagues. We ordered salad, pizza and a fish dish. Had coffee/tea and crepe for dessert. Each pax cost of lunch is S$42. Loved the ambience of this place. Waiters are very polite and friendly and offered very good suggestions from the menu.

Visited Palais Renaissance recently and was impressed! The place is stylish, upscale, and meticulously maintained—down to the spotless restrooms. Even the toilets were exceptionally clean, which is always a nice bonus. Overall, a premium experience that definitely stands out.

Very nice place for brunch. The ambiance is great! The foods are good. Even the two toddlers that come with us enjoy the junior meals thoroughly. I was surprised to see some local foods available here. I had the larsa and it was really good. As usual, the truffle fries must have, overall very happy with this place.

DO NOT go to this shopping mall if you are driving. Ridiculous carpark charges! I’ve been charged $9++ for less than half an hour parking!
