Mr Lim from Top Hour is good at what he is doing. Professional and handle my luxury watches with care. He patiently examined my watch from inside out during the authentication process. Despite there is a queue, he will not rush to complete the things in order to clear the queue. Customers if want to find Professional watch technician at Affordable price, can trust Mr Lim from Top Hour.

My go to watch shop whenever I have issues with my luxury watches. Be sure to look for Uncle Lim whom is both knowledgeable and skillful in this aspect. Be sure to be prepared to wait a while for your turn especially when you see a queue snaking out of the shop.

Brought my pair of Rolexes , One DJ 41 and Batman to boss for authentication. Despite the long queue of people, boss was extremely patient and through with the entire process! He even found some time for small talk with me about watches which I appreciate🙏 …

Their quality of service has degraded a lot. Looking for other options/providers now. You mighy br offering a slightly higher rate than others, but the difference isnt enough to compensate us for the stress experienced and the charges we incur because we arent able to fulfil the financial obligations we have. Super slow. Now a days must get number for q and wait for more than an hour or 2 hours. No enough staff. 1 person may be spent more than 5 min to do the remittance.Disorganize. Hopefully will improve or remitters will trasnsfer to other remittance center.

I share the same sentiment.. lousy service indeed. Queued up for 2hrs only to be told that i need to email or bring my prooofs of income and bank transactions.. i could have done it while on the line waiting..your instructions are so vague.. why dont you guys display it in a manner where everyone can see.... your counters are very messy and your staffs are not helpful!!.. so so disappointed!!

Consultant Xiaoman very professional and detailed explained to me on the medical service, it’s rare to have such patience consultant nowadays, I strongly suggested that if you would like to drop by at Bio aesthetic, please look for her service. The aesthetic here are very comfortable too.

Editing my review today from 5-star to 2-star. They used to have queueing number system where you get your queue number and maybe eat while waiting for your turn. Now THEY REMOVED THE QUEUE NUMBER and let the customers queue standing without chairs! You can't do anything if you want to use their service coz you can't eat. Horrible customer service today 25-June-2022.
