My go to watch shop whenever I have issues with my luxury watches. Be sure to look for Uncle Lim whom is both knowledgeable and skillful in this aspect. Be sure to be prepared to wait a while for your turn especially when you see a queue snaking out of the shop.

Met a seller at Top Hour to authentic a rolex. Great service from uncle and gave good advice on what to look out for in watch care. Price is also very reasonable for the service. His personal collection in the store are full of very cool pieces too.

Not many reviews out there online of this once so I'll help to share my experience going there. Mr lim is an ex Rolex technician who struck out on his own to open a shop here in lucky plaza. When I arrived, I noticed a queue already starting to form with a mixture of old and young people; all here to consult him on watch issues. The antique wooden display cabinets are adorned with many vintage watches which are part of his personal collection. During my wait, I noticed people interacting with him as if they are old friends: one person even dropped his watch off and told mr lim there was no need for a receipt chit to show that the watch was in his possession, such a high level of trust! Some people even dropped by just to chit chat with the affable Mr lim. When it came to my turn to let him have a look at my timepiece, he scrutinized it, made a few adjustments in the movement, and the problem was all fixed in 10 mins! He told me politely that my movement was still in good shape and that there was no need for furthermore servicing. The price he charged was extremely reasonable as well; I expected to pay upwards of three digits and leave the watch there for a few weeks but ended up paying only a low double digit sum and had the watch fixed in 10 minutes! The shop seemed full of happy smiling people, which was a testament to the good service provided by him.

Brought my pair of Rolexes , One DJ 41 and Batman to boss for authentication. Despite the long queue of people, boss was extremely patient and through with the entire process! He even found some time for small talk with me about watches which I appreciate🙏 …

Mr Lim an ex-Rolex tech with a big heart. He is my to-go man for authentication. I love how attentive he is, he takes his time to inspect every watch he is presented. He definitely know watches, and will continue supporting him. Can feel his passion not only about watches, but a heart to keep things affordable and reasonable in his trade. <3

I brought my watch down for authentication, and the process was quick and done right in front of me. They carefully inspected everything—from the outer appearance to the internal mechanical parts—by removing the back case of the watch. The uncle even offered to let me take a photo of the opened watch for my own records, which was a thoughtful touch. The price quoted for the authentication service was also very reasonable. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a reliable and professional watch authentication service. A smooth, honest, and trustworthy experience!

Looked everywhere for a link for my vintage Rolex, and only Mr Lim had it. Not only was the service top-notch, the pricing is very reasonable and it only took a short while to get it done. You wont regret bringing your beloved timepiece to him. Definitely the best!!!

Fast and good service by Uncle. Visited on a Saturday evening and there was a few people in front. Queue moved pretty fast though. Friendly, and takes his time to explain each detail to customers. Uncle has a lot of experience with Rolex watches, as can be seen from all his collections on display too. Some might even say that he has more vintage and current Rolex watches on display than most boutiques around the world….

Brought my watch down for repair due to movement issue. Upon checking , he helped me oiled the watch and told me to monitor without charging . A very honest boss !
