This is a member only club with sophisticated and classy vibe. Love the large window with view of Singapore skyline, the high ceilings and the massive wine display. For our dinner, we ordered Caesar salad, crab capellini (highly recommended), beef steak, beef cubes, and chocolate dessert. They were all delicious. Service was impeccable too. Overall a great place for a classy dinner.

This only gets a 4 because the venue itself is stunning—elegant, refined, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-end establishment. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite live up to the same standard. We ordered the steak, cooked medium-rare as requested. While the doneness was spot-on, the quality of the meat fell short of what the setting suggests. Perhaps it was just an off night, but it didn’t feel on par with the luxury experience the restaurant’s atmosphere promises. Dessert was equally underwhelming. The tiramisu, while beautifully presented, lacked any real depth of flavor—no richness, no hint of coffee, just a pretty plate that didn’t deliver on taste. And finally, for coffee lovers: be warned. The espresso portion is tiny—closer to three raindrops in a cup than the bold, satisfying finish you’d expect after a meal. Overall, a gorgeous venue let down by the kitchen. With improvements to the food and portions, Pall Mall could be truly exceptional.

Located on the 27th floor, this refurbished penthouse turned exclusive members-only wine club is a feast for the eyes First of all service is great from the ground floor concierge all the way till you take the lift upstairs. I love the dark wooden finishes and vintage furniture with a modern styling. The natural lighting of the entire place also makes it v alluring Had the pork from the josper’s grill which was flavourful but slightly on the tough side. We were in urgent need of a helper and decided to work with HSH despite some initial concerns after reading past reviews. To our surprise, the entire process turned out to be smooth and stress-free. They were upfront about pricing, and the interviews were handled with care and professionalism. What really stood out was how the team went above and beyond to fast-track everything just before CNY, which we’re so grateful for. Thank you Jason and Rita for guiding us through the procedures and even personally delivering the helper to our home. It’s been a pleasant experience, and we truly appreciate the extra effort. Looking forward to seeing how things go from here!

We got our first helper from HSH and it turned out to be a complete disaster. She was lazy, stubborn, calculative, doesn’t even care about the children, and simply refused to listen or follow instructions. After the first month, we went back to Rita to give feedback. Two months later, the same issues persisted with no improvement. We requested for a replacement, only to face another nightmare. Rita kept dragging the process, giving endless excuses and repeatedly saying there was “no suitable candidate” for months. Meanwhile, our replacement period expired after six months. Throughout this time, we constantly chased Rita every 2–3 weeks, only to receive the same unhelpful response again and again. If you cannot fulfill your promise of providing a replacement helper, then don’t overpromise at the start. This agency and Rita have shown zero accountability, offered nothing but excuses, and the quality of helpers provided is utterly terrible. This is by far the worst helper agency I have ever dealt with. Engage them at your own risk. This is my first and last time using HSH.

I have engaged your services for a helper and have repeatedly provided feedback regarding her attitude, areas of improvement, and wrongdoing. However, until now, there has been no effective solution provided, and the responses from your agency have been slow and filled with excuses. This complete lack of accountability and urgency is utterly unacceptable. I will never recommend this agency to anyone, as engaging with you is clearly a risk and a waste of time.

Gotten our first helper from here. Engaged them again as our helper is going back after 4 yrs of working. Arrangement for new helper was fast. Just need to provide the requirements to Jason and he will filter the biodata and arrange for interviews through WhatsApp video call.
