Had the privilege to join my friends for an evening at 67 Pall Mall. Loved everything about the place. Great ambience and atmosphere. They have a huge selection of wine. When I say huge, it’s really huge. There’s also quite a big variety of whisky selections as well. Amazing food. It all tasted so good.

The food here can be a hit or miss but mostly quite excellent - flavorful, creative, and consistent. The quality of ingredients used are very premium - especially the steak, so delicious and melt in mouth tender. The main attraction for me is just how gorgeous the whole space is. The decor, the ambiance, the architecture. It all gives a nod to old glamour, art deco grandness, and a classical sense of style. The view is phenomenal, from both the main restaurant/bar area as well as the whiskey lounge balcony. You get a real birds eye view of Orchard and the surrounding areas. The handful of times I’ve visited, the view and entire atmosphere of the physical surroundings still continue to take my breath away every time

Amazing ambience and views - the type of place that you’d want to be at on a Friday evening rocking up the cool new bar in town with your friends. Wine list was extensive and there’s something for everyone (region, varietal, price range). Food was average and nothing really stood out, the central air-con at the bar area was really strong and blows directly at us (bring a shawl/jacket!)- food was cold in a matter of minutes which was pretty sad. Rooftop bar was nice and chic too with great selection of cocktails.

67 Pall Mall is an Exclusive club, members only, with a focus on fine wines. Located on the 33rd floor of the Shaw Centre, there are stunning views over Orchard Rd and the city. The ambience, with its high ceilings and Art Deco styling gives you a sense of timeless class. We had a 2-course lunch with the White Asparagus soup (in season), and my host had the Turbot and I enjoyed the Sea Bass. The fish was exquisite, and the side vegetables and garnishes were perfectly balanced. The NZ Chardonnay was the perfect accompaniment for a lovely business lunch. This is a special place, with attentive staff. Upstairs there is a whiskey bar to sample a wee dram or enjoy a cocktail. Book early, as the popular time slots are booked out many weeks in advance.

This is a member only club with sophisticated and classy vibe. Love the large window with view of Singapore skyline, the high ceilings and the massive wine display. For our dinner, we ordered Caesar salad, crab capellini (highly recommended), beef steak, beef cubes, and chocolate dessert. They were all delicious. Service was impeccable too. Overall a great place for a classy dinner.

Gives off Manhattan vibes. I love the high ceiling and wine display of this place. Very classy. In terms of food, the crab capellini and beef cubes were really good. Got to try a couple of wines! Amazing place to bring your date. They have live music next door which was nice.

This only gets a 4 because the venue itself is stunning—elegant, refined, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-end establishment. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t quite live up to the same standard. We ordered the steak, cooked medium-rare as requested. While the doneness was spot-on, the quality of the meat fell short of what the setting suggests. Perhaps it was just an off night, but it didn’t feel on par with the luxury experience the restaurant’s atmosphere promises. Dessert was equally underwhelming. The tiramisu, while beautifully presented, lacked any real depth of flavor—no richness, no hint of coffee, just a pretty plate that didn’t deliver on taste. And finally, for coffee lovers: be warned. The espresso portion is tiny—closer to three raindrops in a cup than the bold, satisfying finish you’d expect after a meal. Overall, a gorgeous venue let down by the kitchen. With improvements to the food and portions, Pall Mall could be truly exceptional.

First thing that struck me when I arrived was the amazing bar and wine wall, followed by the great city views. We had dinner here in a group so shared a range of dishes. As a vegetarian I felt the options were a little limited however the food I did have was very well presented and enjoyable. Favourite dish was the sweet potato leaf salad which was different to anything I have seen or tried. Snickers bar dessert was also delicious. Overall, this is a beautiful spot for a drink or meal so worth a visit.
