We hired two Filipino helpers through this agency and it has been a pleasant and smooth experience overall. There was a small hiccup with the first hire, but the team was quick to step in and help us find a better fit — and we truly appreciated their efficiency and genuine care throughout the process. What stood out was their personal touch — they didn’t just stop after placing the helper. They made sure everything was in place, and even continued to check in on the helper’s progress after deployment. That level of service means a lot! My daughter was earlier diagnosed with scoliosis and we decided to sign up for the sessions with Core Fitness, and I'm glad we did. The sessions were effective and physiotherapist was able to pinpoint the problematic areas and worked with my daughter on them. Eunice was really patient with my daughter and very encouraging too. At the recent review, my daughter's posture had improved, much to our delight.

I have scoliosis and I was looking into starting Pilates to better understand and strengthen my body. I started private sessions with Margaret who has been very knowledgeable and patient with me. She took the time to understand my condition and tailor the sessions to my needs. The workouts are so targeted and well paced that the hour flies by! Since starting, the intensity and frequency of my back pains have definitely reduced, and I’ve even become more mindful of my posture outside of sessions. The studio is always well kept and clean. And because of my scoliosis I had lower back pains frequently in the past but after a few physiotherapy and pilates sessions there has been promising results shown. Upon the advice of my orthopaedic specialist to do core training, I went on Google search to find a trainer. Core Fitness resonates very much with what I am looking for. Amelia is my therapist and she is a competent trainer with a calm n reassuring disposition. She is caring and thoughtful.
