I bought a shirt there recently and all the staff were very nice and friendly the one attending to me was a lady name KYMBER and she was really sweet and friendly!! Highly recommend her for employee of the month :)

Was searching for the CNY polo tee and manage to call scott rd branch and spoke to Haziq, he is very nice and helpful, I told him I searching for the polo tee with dragon and immediately he knew what I want, he assisted to tramsfer from other branches to his branch for 2 sizes L and XL for my husband to try. In the end , we took L size. Haziq provides very good customer service and he is fast in responding to my request. A big thank u to your help Haziq. You deserve a good compliment! Jolene

I'm so delighted that Polo Ralph Lauren branch here allows customizable clothings and I bought 2 polo tees. The coffee here is great; robust and rich coffee taste.

This store has got the most complete PRL/RRL collection in SG. Sales are hard to come by tho.

I am writing to share feedback about a disappointing experience at this store. My husband and I were browsing for his birthday and requested an XS size shirt from one of your sales staff— skinny guy with glasses working night shift on 20th September. We were made to wait several minutes with no update, and when we tried to follow up, the staff member seemed to have forgotten our request. Eventually, he recalled we wanted the blue long-sleeve sports shirt, which we purchased—but the entire interaction left a very negative impression. The atmosphere in the store was unwelcoming, and the service from this particular staff member was far below expectation. It was, frankly, the worst customer service I have encountered in any of RL stores. As a result, we have decided not to return to this branch. For contrast, earlier that same day I shopped at RL Tangs outlet, where Louise assisted me. She was professional, attentive, and provided an excellent customer experience. I encourage you to look into her approach as a benchmark for service standards.

Had the worst $15 Egg Croissant from Ralph Coffee at Shaw Center. Ordered egg croissant to go. The picture below showed what how my croissant looked like when I opened the box to eat. The salad was nt in the bread. The egg was also not in the bread. I had to scoop everything back into the bread. Really disappointing. Even the egg croissant from Delifrance looks more appetizing!

had a good dining experience here at ralph’s coffee! got a classic hot black and it was perfect for the cold rainy day, staff were so courteous and welcoming and so pleasant as well! seats were limited but enough for all customers and seats are very comfortable as well!

Found a bag that I really loved but didn't buy it in the end. But happy that I got a chance to try it on! Overall the service was very good and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. A number of people were having coffee and I look forward to try it some day. Good idea to open a coffee store as opposed to having the doors closed up. Now there is more human traffic and social vibes at the site. Two thumbs up to the RL outlet at Shaw.

I had a great customer experience at this branch. Farhad and Narissa were the salespersons. I highly commend them!! They gave good insights on how to take care of the bag and were transparent to manage expectations on stock availability and variety of colors,sizes.
