The SG60 menu was yummy and there is a variety of international cuisines and the local cuisine that we all love. Special mention to Tina who was servicing our table, she was so sweet and helped celebrate our grandmothers 85 years birthday with a cake and well wishes! We really enjoyed lunch, made better with the excellent service!
Comforting Foods that Taste like Home at The Orchard Cafe
There are plenty of reasons why you shouldn’t miss this special offer of 60% off the second diner at this Filipino-Spanish buffet- Manila Meets Madrid at The Orchard Cafe.
Their menu boasts of a wide selection of comforting foods that taste like home. Crispy Pata (Pork Knuckles) was one of the highlights of the whole gastronomic experience. At every crunchy bite, I could taste the juicy tenderised meat that is perfectly salted and really crispy in texture. I devoured it with a side dish of sweet carrots and bright red cherry tomatoes. On the other hand, my husband really liked the Slow Roasted Spanish Paprika Prime Rib that was very delicious especially when enjoyed with a side of gravy. Also, the Snow Crab Legs on ice tasted sweet, salty, and savoury which I thoroughly liked and cracking it open with a pair of scissors was fun!
We also took delight in other favourite Filipino and Spanish dishes on offer. These included the Laing, Bicol Express Pork, Ensaladang Mangga, Manok Inasal, Roasted Spanish Fish, Kinilaw na Isda (Ceviche), Seafood Paella, Spanish Tapas Pizza, and a whole lot more. We missed the most coveted Lechon Baboy (Whole Roasted Pig) which was offered only on Fridays and Saturdays dinner. Nevertheless, we were absolutely satisfied and had left space in our stomach for the yummy desserts!
The desserts were mouth-watering! The cakes were perfectly sweetened and the hot desserts were equally impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed the Classic Bread Pudding and the Churros with chocolate dip and mango sauce as well as the Chocolate Gelato ice cream with bits of cocoa nibs.
The bathroom at the restaurant was clean and smelling nice and the environment was adorned with Philippine flags, Barong Tagalog and pamaypay or anahaw fans creating a relaxed and welcoming ambience.
We would like to return and revisit this wonderful culinary experience! There were some other foods that we were not able to try and perhaps the two-hour time limit set for each dining session were not enough for us to have a taste of every meal on offer.
Towards the end of our dining session, Ms. Tina Soh, the assistant restaurant manger kindly approached us and politely welcomed our feedback. She was very sweet and kind! We also had a great conversation with the amazing culinary artists behind these stunning and delicious meals- Chef Joseph, from the Orchard Hotel, Chef Ian and Chef Renato, both guest chefs from The Heritage Hotel Manila. Congratulations on a fantastic buffet!

It’s a decent culinary journey worth sampling, especially for those unfamiliar with Filipino flavors — but seasoned fans of the cuisine may find it lacks the depth and vibrance they expect. With some fine-tuning in service and ambiance, it has the potential to become a must-visit dining event.
Went for the Manila-Madrid Buffet dinner for a birthday celebration. Great selection and atmosphere, classic luxurious decor makes this a great choice for gatherings 🎉 Easy parking and accessible
I recently visited the “Manila Meets Madrid” buffet at Orchard Hotel and was impressed by the fusion of Filipino and Spanish cuisines. The lobster was a real highlight, succulent, sweet, and easily the best I’ve tasted at any buffet and the lechon delivered wonderfully crispy skin and juicy, flavorful meat.
The overall food variety was enjoyable. While the dishes didn’t blow us away, they were well-prepared and tasty.
The only drawback was our seating, tucked away at the back in a dim, slightly warm corner. If you go, be sure to request a more central table so you can fully appreciate both the delicious food and the buffet’s unique atmosphere.
We went during the Filipino - Spanish buffet promotion. Filipino foods are sumptuous and a lot of variety and selection. Taste very authentic and original. Service crew and staff are very approachable specially to Evelyn and Tina Soh - thank for your hospitality and kindness. Ambiance and food presentation is up to it's finest.
Highly recommended and will be back again. Hope they will have filipino food most of the time even the promo is over
Went here for the Manila Meets Madrid, a Filipino-Spanish buffet theme since we’re missing our hometown delicacies. I would say we’re very happy and satisfied, the dishes prepared made us feel at home especially the lechon! I hope the theme will be back again soon or make it a regular rotation like once or twice a year. Thank you for the great experience!
A filipino food theme buffet and we are excited to try, yet we are a bit unsatisfied🥲 most of the food were already cold and it has limited option compared from the advertisement..😬 other than that they also served local delight which I feel like it taste better than the “Manila meets Madrid theme.. 🙃
Service Staff and receptionist were polite and friendly but i didnt manage to get their names.
First timing dinning at The Orchard Cafe, and it was EXCELLENT ❤️🔥
They are currently running the "Flaming Feast: Prime "Meats" Seafood BBQ Buffet" till 04 May 2025. Highlights of the meal for us was the Baked US Oysters Bienville, Braised Pork Trotters and the Fresh Triple Chocolate Soft Cookies!
Let's not forget the desserts, so pretty and yummy! As a sweet toothed person, I find the desserts perfect. If you're not one, you might find it a tad on the sweeter side for most desserts
For the priced paid ($75/pax) it was definitely worthed it
