Signed up for a laser hair removal package for full arms at the beginning of this year at the Parkway Parade branch, and like the previous review mentioned it closed abruptly and I had to continue my sessions at Palais Renaissance. They then encouraged me to sign up for the underarm treatment package so I did and I'm left with 3 sessions for both packages, but they shut down this branch as well. Asked them whether this was going to be long term but they told me to wait a few days 'as they have definite answers for me'. It has been 13 days. Please give me a 'definite answer'.

I signed a package at Parkway Parade around mid April and just a week or two later it closed abruptly and I had little choice but to continue the package at Palais Renaissance. Then mid September when I still had sessions left in my package I got a whatsapp saying Palais Renaissance is also closing. The company has basically ignored whatsapp messages or emails seeking clarity on what's going on. I am fairly certain the company knew it was shutting imminently when customers were buying packages. I don't know what to say except I am completely disgusted. I am sure there are more people out there in this boat.

I am shocked at the service from this company. I bought a package and have been going for treatment at the Parkway Parade branch and I turned up for my appointment today to find out that it has closed down suddenly due to ‘unforeseen’ circumstances. No call, WhatsApp or email from them - nothing. I called the Palais Renaissance branch where I will now have to go to complete my treatment - massively inconvenient - and they basically denied all responsibility saying they are separate companies and are ‘not too sure’ what happened, why it closed down and why no-one contacted me. Do not recommend taking a package with this company if they are going to act like this.

I’ve done laser treatment of legs + arms + bikini there. What can I say? That was great in terms of overall client service and questionable in terms of procedure. That was my first attempt at this clinic and the third procedure in general. Unfortunately, I didn't get any mole protection and all treatment took 20 min maximum. As a result, after a week the hair began to grow and it seemed like I was doing nothing.

Anyone filing a claim against them for running away with people's money?

Went for the Manila-Madrid Buffet dinner for a birthday celebration. Great selection and atmosphere, classic luxurious decor makes this a great choice for gatherings 🎉 Easy parking and accessible

I recently visited the “Manila Meets Madrid” buffet at Orchard Hotel and was impressed by the fusion of Filipino and Spanish cuisines. The lobster was a real highlight, succulent, sweet, and easily the best I’ve tasted at any buffet and the lechon delivered wonderfully crispy skin and juicy, flavorful meat. The overall food variety was enjoyable. While the dishes didn’t blow us away, they were well-prepared and tasty. The only drawback was our seating, tucked away at the back in a dim, slightly warm corner. If you go, be sure to request a more central table so you can fully appreciate both the delicious food and the buffet’s unique atmosphere.

A filipino food theme buffet and we are excited to try, yet we are a bit unsatisfied🥲 most of the food were already cold and it has limited option compared from the advertisement..😬 other than that they also served local delight which I feel like it taste better than the “Manila meets Madrid theme.. 🙃 Service Staff and receptionist were polite and friendly but i didnt manage to get their names.

It’s a decent culinary journey worth sampling, especially for those unfamiliar with Filipino flavors — but seasoned fans of the cuisine may find it lacks the depth and vibrance they expect. With some fine-tuning in service and ambiance, it has the potential to become a must-visit dining event.
