The Onitsuka Tiger shop offered a fantastic shopping experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, ( i didnt got her name) allowing me to try on more than six different styles and sizes without any issues. The store itself is wonderful, unlike others—fully stocked with all the styles, including the latest arrivals. Returning to exchange for a different size was hassle-free. Highly recommend this store for its excellent service and great selection.

Onitsuka Tiger is a famous classic brand of shoes, with a timeless design translated into different materials, from fabric to leather and other materials I'd rather not identify in case I get it wrong. Besides shoes, the store also has clothing and accessories. Located in Takashimaya B1, it has decent-sized shopping area and comfortable with seatings and sofas. Customers can browse and try on the merchandize and flip through catalog. I like the product designs and colors, the range seems to never go out of style. The staffs don't patronize the customers and even when it's crowded, it still feel comfortable to browse.

Big thanks to the Onitsuka Tiger team at Takashimaya Mall.. especially Natasha, for the amazing assistance! I was super persistent and unsure about the sizes since I was getting three pairs, but she handled it so patiently. Really appreciate the great service!

Dropped by Onitsuka Tiger on Wednesday — Angela was super mindful and somehow knew my correct size before I did. Now I own silver high-cut boots serving Pet Shop Boys realness. I blame Angela for my new personality.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked to try a different size, which I appreciated. However, when I attempted to pay with my AMEX card and the transaction was declined, I asked the staff whether AMEX was accepted. The response I received was, “I don’t know oh,” which was quite surprising. It’s unacceptable for retail staff to be unaware of the payment methods their store accepts. I strongly recommend retraining your team to ensure they are informed and can provide proper assistance at the point of sale.

A big shoutout to Alex. Not only did he do an absolutely impeccable job repairing my heel but he also went above and beyond to accommodate my tight schedule. He rushed the job out for me without compromising on quality and the result was flawless. His professionalism, skill and commitment to excellent service truly exceeded my expectations. Came by at 8.31pm, shop was already closed. Opening hours as verified by Google Maps AND Ngee Ann City receptionist on duty was that opening hours were to be till 930pm. Receptionist told me that she “does not know why” shop is closed early today.

I've been a loyal customer at this branch for over 10 years, consistently relying on their expertise to revitalize my shoes. Typically, I visit to replace heel studs and sole protectors for my new shoes. Recently, I brought in two pairs of my beloved shoes, which were showing signs of wear. Alex provided personalized advice via text after examining my shoes, estimating a month-long turnaround time. Remarkably, the work was completed just shy of a month! My shoes now look revitalized and radiant 😁. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking top-notch shoe care.

Friend recommended, and honestly one of the best professional services for shoes, belts. Alex (as everyone already shares) is a pro, really nice and quick with his hands. It was $2 per hole punch, starts $35 for shoe bases. We had already punched (but failed), there’s a mark there where it should originally be, but Alex fixed it nicely. He’s a 1-man show, so be patient, and he’ll finish the job splendidly 👍🏻

Went in the morning on 27th August just as it was opening. The guy there was really nice, helped to glue the label that came off at the end , on the behind of my sneaker. It was very slight, just a little but I did not expect him to not charge me at all. Was pleasantly surprised, asked to buy him a coffee but he said it's alright. Nice person, will surely support this outlet if I have the chance to, thanks!
