I’m giving 5-Stars for the excellent job done on resoling my pair of loafer shoe. Decent price $150. Louis is excellent at his craft. Very satisfied!! If you don’t want to waste your good pair of shoe, take it to Louis. Update 2023: Unfortunately I no longer recommend this due to quality and price. Louis is no longer there. I sent another shoe for resoling, and the outcome was bad. The sole fell apart within months.

Came by at 8.31pm, shop was already closed. Opening hours as verified by Google Maps AND Ngee Ann City receptionist on duty was that opening hours were to be till 930pm. Receptionist told me that she “does not know why” shop is closed early today.

Friend recommended, and honestly one of the best professional services for shoes, belts. Alex (as everyone already shares) is a pro, really nice and quick with his hands. It was $2 per hole punch, starts $35 for shoe bases. We had already punched (but failed), there’s a mark there where it should originally be, but Alex fixed it nicely. He’s a 1-man show, so be patient, and he’ll finish the job splendidly 👍🏻

Went in the morning on 27th August just as it was opening. The guy there was really nice, helped to glue the label that came off at the end , on the behind of my sneaker. It was very slight, just a little but I did not expect him to not charge me at all. Was pleasantly surprised, asked to buy him a coffee but he said it's alright. Nice person, will surely support this outlet if I have the chance to, thanks!

Had an awesome time at Fico yesterday! It was my birthday celebration and my girlfriends booked this dinner at Fico, beautiful restaurant with amazing service. We were served by Luke and Athiban, they are so full of energy, quirky and makes the overall dining experience so interactive! Paying attention to details and prompt in serving us our food and drinks. We even got nice recommendations of food and drinks. 10/10 will return again! Probably will visit during the day time to enjoy the vibe!
