Why am I not surprised by the reviews below? Over-inflated prices and absolutely terrible attitude. When the proprietor couldn't find a replacement leather strap for my watch that I liked and I told him I would check other shops, he just stopped entertaining me anymore. Also quoted an item double the price you would find at nearby shops.

Cheating crooks. They charged my 65 years old mum $55 who is a tourist for a basic charging wire which probably cost not more than$10 in any other store. When asked if it was a mistake he claimed that is the only way he makes money. He also did not issue any invoice and say he will do it now if I wanted one. They are shameless liars and cheats. I wonder if anyone has reported them to the authorities. I will definitely do.

Total scam! Dont go there for IC photo taking. Greedy n dishonest. None acceptable by immigration. All call and email never answered. When I went next days for refund or retake by another person was angrily rejected and the guy shouted nonstop at us. He even shouted go complain! Simple if you stand by your shop sign offering NRIC Photo then do a proper one! Took 2 different photos both rejected on technical and lighting problems! So bad luck went in n waste time n effort
