A shop selling mobile phones, accessories, and offering watch repair services.
A watchmaker meticulously repairs a watch with specialized tools and a loupe.
A watch shop displaying numerous watches and offering repair services.
Bought a thumb drive for $50 (after a $10 discount he gave). Was in a rush and didn’t check the price online. It retails for $24. Truly feel so scammed and I’m not even a tourist.

Total scam! Dont go there for IC photo taking. Greedy n dishonest. None acceptable by immigration. All call and email never answered. When I went next days for refund or retake by another person was angrily rejected and the guy shouted nonstop at us. He even shouted go complain!
Simple if you stand by your shop sign offering NRIC Photo then do a proper one! Took 2 different photos both rejected on technical and lighting problems! So bad luck went in n waste time n effort

Do yourself a favour and do not go to that shop. Greedy, dishonest, lying, terrible attitude, lack of professional courtesy, not even dreaming of any customer service, deceiving and what's the worse totally in-capable in doing his job. I went to change the battery in my Armani watch I was advised to also change a rubber, I was charged 55$ (in my opinion way overpriced but hey ho). The watch leaked water few hours later. When I went back he took my watch for a check up. Few hours later I was told it was my fault because this watch was not meant to get wet, because it's just "a cheap Armani" (actually you can dive with it up to 30m). He tried to charge me another 15$ for someone else fixing his mistake. When I refused to pay again, he refused to give the watch back. Police got involved and I got my watch back.

Do not buy anything from this retailer, especially if you are a tourist. Albert has a very assuring style and grabs you the minute you even look at the store window, He will sell you a camera, even when you don't want one. However, to make matters worse, he will charge you twice the recommended retail price, whilst claiming to have the 'best prices in Singapore". The camera I was sold cost me $1200 Australian dollars at Jim Col Enterprises, whilst at home in Australia it retails for $499 dollars. Albert talks like he is doing a good deal for you. I knew I should not have purchased but he is very persuasive. Do not enter this store because they are not there to take care of your interest. I feel like an idiot, but will be happier if you need my warning. thanks,

Do not buy anything from this shop. Dishonest retailer. He charged me $15 for an unfamiliar battery. When I commented that it was very expensive, he lied that the other shops sold it at $25. I gave him the benefit of doubt.
However, I was horrifed to discover that this battery was sold at NTUC for $3. That's when I realised that Jim Col Enterprise cheated me. If they can be unscrupulous with the price of a small battery, what more bigger ticket items like cameras. Beware!

Bernard was very friendly and helpful! His workmanship and price was reasonable. He changed the battery and strap of our watch! Now it works and wears well again!
