Dr Ong is a fantastic doctor that is super honest and answers all your doubts with her vast knowledge. My experience here has so far been quite good, the only exception is the unpredictable waiting time, even with appointment, sometimes you might have to wait 30mins-2hrs past your appointment time (Depends on your luck). But fortunately, the nurses will still give you a call in advance to let you know when there is a waiting time. I’m happy to see vast improvements on my acne-prone face after just 3 months and honestly, the changes are worth the price. It’s also not super duper expensive. Best part is that my face is always glowing now. I just have 1 small suggestion, hope they can make more comfortable seats in the clinic if I am to sit there for more than an hour. Its quite hard and have no back arch support at all. Will get a little annoyed when I sit there for long, so I’d rather walk around outside.

Dr Lynette Yap is kind, caring and good - my son’s exact words. My son has been seeing her for eczema in the last 1.5 years. She has been very patient in diagnosing and never jump straight to using steroids right away. She is very patient when seeing my son, never hurrying us through. Fast forward 1.5 years, my son’s skin is so much better and we hope to maintain this condition.

I highly recommend consulting Dr Yap - she literally saved my skin! I’ve been visiting Nik’s for about 4 years already and initially I would consult Dr Ong but since she’s the founder, the waiting time is often very long and she recommended Dr Yap for some of my treatments. Even though Dr Yap is young, I realized that she was full of knowledge and a wealth of experience. Last week, I suddenly suffered from an awful strep skin infection - it was awful enough for people to gasp the moment they saw me. Imagine painful blisters oozing out yellow liquid, open sores, clusters of yellow bumps and swelling that makes your face look 2 times bigger - that was my face. She immediately prescribed oral and topical antibiotics and broke down what my skin care regiment should be and in a matter of days, my skin healed and now it’s as good as new or even better than before. I can’t thank Dr Yap enough for being so kind, responsive and helpful. I also really like that she doesn’t push treatments or products but tailors each experience to what I want. Thank you so much Dr Yap for being such a precious gem in this industry!

Feel so grateful that i decided to do my Morpheus8 treatment here! It really helps to tighten my skin, jawline, and reduce pores after few treatments 💕the lady doctor is very professional, gave me the proper advise based on my budget and the results i want. The assistant Xiaomei also very patiently guide me on steps i should follow after each treatment. Would def come back here for my skincare routine🩷(side 📝 if u know u cannot bear with the pain, pls ask for stronger numbing at the start like i did, just top up $50+/- i think, and it really makes the overall process different!)

Not the first time where I’ve had to wait 30 mins or more despite scheduling a consultation. This time, there was no other patients except for someone who was already seeing Dr Lau. After 25 minutes, I asked to just top up my medication over the counter as I had another appointment. The staff proceeded to call Dr Lau and assured me it’ll be my turn soon. After another 5 minutes I asked again to just top up my medication and that I could come back again in a few weeks for the consult. Just nice, the doctor was suddenly available and insisted that I step into his office for ten seconds (literally so they could charge me their consultation fee). Add this to the $20 rescheduling fee, this might be the worst clinic I’ve ever seen - clearly just focused on money making and not patient experience. There are better clinics out there, come at your own risk.

Very disappointed with the clinic. I had consulted doctor about the procedure to remove moles and price charges but the final charges was not as what I’ve been quoted. Nurses fixed an appointment for review after few days of treatment. Less than a 3 minutes review, I was told by the nurses to pay for the consultation fees (perhaps for doctor check any infection on the wound???) The information and fees charges guide provided was blur and not clear to the customer. Feel like cheated, the clinic could be more transparent and clear on the information given.

Just went to do CO2 fractional laser. Results are good. Dr Ong and her nurses are very patient and friendly. Will definitely continue my treatment with Dr Ong again.
