The most professional doctors and most effective products, highly recommended. The only way to know if a product works well is to use it yourself, these products worked wonderfully on my face! Widely known, it takes a process to get better skin, not an overnight thing, as long as the persistent use will certainly see encouraging results, so please be more patient with yourself. Seeing some not so unbiased comments in reviews, irresponsible comments are not to be trusted.

Dr Ong is a fantastic doctor that is super honest and answers all your doubts with her vast knowledge. My experience here has so far been quite good, the only exception is the unpredictable waiting time, even with appointment, sometimes you might have to wait 30mins-2hrs past your appointment time (Depends on your luck). But fortunately, the nurses will still give you a call in advance to let you know when there is a waiting time. I’m happy to see vast improvements on my acne-prone face after just 3 months and honestly, the changes are worth the price. It’s also not super duper expensive. Best part is that my face is always glowing now. I just have 1 small suggestion, hope they can make more comfortable seats in the clinic if I am to sit there for more than an hour. Its quite hard and have no back arch support at all. Will get a little annoyed when I sit there for long, so I’d rather walk around outside.

was doing genesis appointment at 9am , numbing applied at 910am , doctor ong was no bother to leave my numbing for 1.5hr and she attended other patient , this was too much time waiting , appointment means appointment but why priority other patient ? this is my last genesis at this clinic . will not visit anymore. paying $500+ yet to wait for such long hour ? my time are precious too , why i choose earlier timing because i need to rush back to work but too much i m waiting here 😡😡😡

Seems like they're so obsessed with making money but in a stupid way. I just called the counter staff to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow because of urgent stuff going on, and they actually said they would charge me additional $30 for rescheduling. Crazy right? Originally thought I could still visit the doctor and pay for consultation + products on the day itself. Now, they sacrificed a loyal customer for $30? I just told them nevermind, forget about it and cancel the appointment. I won't be consulting or buying products from the clinic again. The mindset of the person behind this plan is truly super narrow. UPDATE: LOL, you’re still correcting me that it’s 20, not 30? Should I say thank you for that? But honestly, no matter if it’s 20 or 30, it’s still an extra charge, right? I can confirm that the person who called never mentioned it could be waived, she just kept repeating that I had to pay the extra charges, even after I asked multiple times to confirm. Anyway, like I said, after this incident, I’m never going back for consultations or buying any products from this brand.

Feel so grateful that i decided to do my Morpheus8 treatment here! It really helps to tighten my skin, jawline, and reduce pores after few treatments 💕the lady doctor is very professional, gave me the proper advise based on my budget and the results i want. The assistant Xiaomei also very patiently guide me on steps i should follow after each treatment. Would def come back here for my skincare routine🩷(side 📝 if u know u cannot bear with the pain, pls ask for stronger numbing at the start like i did, just top up $50+/- i think, and it really makes the overall process different!)

Thank you to Dr Dennis & all nurses. They are friendly and very warm. Dr Dennis is very patient and recommended what is needed for my skin and catered the treatment according to my skin needs. I have minimal redness & my skin is glowing. Will definitely recommend my friends & family!

100% impressed! Went to Dr Handry for Fractional CO2 laser for my acne scars and pigmentation and I saw results within days. The nurses are also very kind and considerate, they prepared a very comprehensive care package and called me during the week to make sure I was feeling okay. The care package included oral antibiotics, antiseptic wash, golden lipid, antibiotic ointment and moisturiser. Total was 1.2k since I have some products already. Highly recommend!
