Went to make my first progressive glasses. The optometrist is very patient to explain the use of it. It took a while to select the glasses but the optometrist is very patient and friendly to give advice. I am satisfied with the tortoise shell glasses. Very nice cosy environment to have your eyes checked and select the glasses you like.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to visit folks that actually cared about what they do, pay a visit to Siew Lian, VK, and the team at Optics Premier. Just to solve my issue, we went through 3 revisions, single focal range, progressive lens, and finally settled on bifocals. Mind you the bifocals were not the more modern kind, it was literally a Franklin (e-line), honestly who would bother? But they did, because they wanted to solve an issue and not just close the deal. Most amazing thing, it was my first purchase from them, I just needed something urgently and walked over from my office nearby, i consider myself lucky. I cannot recommend them enough - no BS.

What treasures await within! This may be the last and best remaining souvenir shop in Singapore. Many items from Cloisonné filigree art to board games and figures, Singapore baseball hats, mementos... Enjoy your visit!
