Very bad product quality. The custom-made swim ear plugs are expensive but it doesn't work at all. Even after asking them to redo it, it doesn't work. Water will still flood the insides of the ear. And they do not refund for the faulty product even though it is under the consumer protection law. After testing out the swim ear plugs from guardian, we realise that it is the same thing in terms of its quality. But here they charge $170. At guardian, its only $10. Works the same. No difference. Don't waste your money here. To get your money, they will make all kinds of promises. The Medical board should look into this kind of shady business. They even assured us that we could claim from insurance for the earplugs. After it is made, my insurance rejected the claim because it is not prescribed by a doctor. Dishonest and bad service and definitely bad product.

Absolutely very happy with Chung Audiology services from the very first day they helped me with my hearing aid. Strongly recommend them to persons with hearing issues

Audiologist is not Mt E approved vendor list or license from any medical institutions. Encountered very rude service. Skipped your q and will ask customer to come back later because customer needed to go to the toilet. Not very sure if the hearing test graph is plotted accurately using manual method. Hearing test equipment is quite old and not properly maintained. Experienced no sound initially. Audiologist didn’t even check until later. Button clicker was not functioning properly and u need to raise your finger . Conflicting instructions given before hearing test. Will market hearing aid that may not fit your need . Best to do hearing test specialist within the hospital building .

I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes at Raffles Clinic (Orchard Branch), and returned to Japan for surgery at a clinic in Kyoto. It was my first time to have surgery on my eyes, so I was quite nervous, but the surgery was a same-day operation, took about 6 minutes for both eyes (3 minutes for each eye), and I didn't feel any pain and it was over before I knew it. My vision was blurred immediately after the surgery due to the effects of the medicine, but the next morning my vision was incredibly clear and there were no problems with my work or daily life. I had moderate cataracts, severe myopia, mild astigmatism, and mild presbyopia, but the surgery resolved all of these symptoms, and I now live my life immersed in the feeling that "this is how I must have seen the world when I was a child." Dr. Takahashi of Orchard Branch is a specialist with extensive surgical experience, so if you have symptoms such as blurred vision or glare in the sunlight, I recommend consulting Dr. Takahashi.

I was struggling with worsening cataracts and vision problems, but meeting Dr. Takahashi, who recently joined our ophthalmology clinic, solved my problem in one fell swoop. Specifically, I returned to Japan for surgery, but as I couldn't be away from Singapore for long periods due to work, I needed to have pre- and post-operative examinations and tests done in Singapore and have the results communicated with the surgeon in Japan. Dr. Takahashi not only introduced me to an excellent surgeon, but also provided me with thorough support throughout. He was very thorough, offering suggestions on the best course of action based on my future vision, providing thorough explanations of the surgery, and giving advice on how to spend time before and after the surgery. Now that I can see well after the surgery, I feel very fortunate to have been able to consult with Dr. Takahashi at a time when I was struggling to decide what to do. I look forward to continuing to rely on him.

First-time visitors are sure to get lost. The basement of Orchard Station is a dungeon. Cross the underground Victoria's Secret and go to the very back of Food Republic. Go up the low stairs and escalator, turn left and there is an elevator. Take this to the 5th floor and you will come out into the parking lot. From the parking lot, follow the arrows to the clinic and you will reach the entrance. The reception for the Japanese clinic is further back. When I went, I didn't encounter any rude receptionists. Both the reception and the examination were very polite and I was pleased.

Dr. Higurashi is truly wonderful. It was my first time seeing a psychosomatic medicine specialist, and I wondered if it was okay to consult him about something like this, but he listened to me carefully and I felt much better. He made me realise that if I have any psychological concerns, I should feel free to go to a psychosomatic medicine specialist. Until now, it's been difficult to worry about things on my own, but I'm glad I mustered up the courage to come and consult him.

When I visited the ophthalmology clinic, despite making an appointment, my medical record was left unattended and I was made to wait in the waiting room for over an hour. I approached the receptionist, and the staff member picked up the medical record that had been left on the desk and asked, "What's this?" This incident was discovered when the male staff member who had checked me in was present but remained silent. Later, after my appointment, a staff member who appeared to be a manager apologized verbally, but there was no explanation for "what" or "why," which was very unpleasant. There was nothing wrong with the doctor's response, and in fact, the doctor apologized himself, even though it was the administrative staff's mistake. It is questionable why they show no remorse despite the terrible reviews on Google, including from other clinics. It feels like they look down on Japanese people who don't speak English, and that most of their patients are replaced every few years.
