Visited a few times previously for dim sum but first time for a champagne wine dinner during CNY. Overall, ambience in the private room was intimate with sufficient space to mingle around. Service by Jacky and his team were great and our water cups were never empty. Food wise, I think it's a notch above others in terms of taste and there more more hits with the dishes than misses. I'd still prefer visiting for their dim sum lunch but I wouldn't mind going back for dinner too.

First time trying the food here ...the service staffs were attentive to changing plates for us during our dinner. The food was great with standard serve portion, serve while is hot as we requested. The steam fish is a star , very fresh and delicious. Well recommended. Definitely will return for their dim sum soon.

Visited Empire for the first time to try the dim sum, which came highly recommended. Did not disappoint. Dim Sum was good value for money - good quality and reasonably priced for a Chinese restaurant located in central Orchard Road. Staff were friendly and attentive. Regrettably, we were informed that the restaurant will shut on 11 Aug 2025. Do support them and try their dim sum before then!

Full House for lunch today but yet their service was very efficient and servers responded quickly when needed. Food wise was OK nothing really spectacular. The fivee best dishes were 1. Char Siew pow 2. Beef with garlic slices 3. Pan fried cod fish fillet with shrimp paste. 4. Steamed live prawn 5. Beancurd with mushrooms Prices is a little expensive compared to similar other places.

This empire wins. Empire Fine Chinese Cuisine not only serves up delicious food, their service staff are also very attentive. We enjoy the dining experience very much! What are the three items in the set dinner menu that I like in Empire? 💥Cod Fish - The cod fillet is pan fried with caviar and served in pumpkin sauce. I love the creative pairing and of course the dish tastes so good. 💥Fried Rice - I’m not a fan of char png unless it’s from DTF, haha. Empire’s fried rice has a nice wok hei to it and it’s served with foie gras. 💥The Dessert - Many restaurants serve their Mashed Taro with Gingko with so much sugar, I cannot. The Orh Nee in Empire takes their sugar level very seriously. 😂 You can taste the natural sweetness of the yam in this dessert. I highly recommend Empire’s Orh Nee to all the ON fans out there. I will be back to try Empire’s dim sum which I’ve heard good feedback on the buffet. #sgfood #igfoodie #tiramisooojiaks #jiakjiakjiak #empirechinesecuisine #orhnee #friedricewithfoiegras #codfishwithcaviar #ngeeanncity

Went for the dim sum lunch, my timing was from 11:30am to 1pm. There would be another seating after 1pm and another seating starting at 10am. The service was good. The staff was polite and attentive. Best to make a reservation before you go, else it would be tough to get a table. The food was good, there were some unique dishes, like the fried rice flour roll. Had quite a wide different variety of dim sum. The price was reasonable. Overall experience was good. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Great to try the food in this restaurant.

Exceeded our expectation. Booked this place by accident for family dinner. Suits the palate of my elderly parents. Mustard beef is really tasty.

I came on two seperate occasions but photos listed was only for the non hot pot occasion. First occasion service was ok, meets the minimum standards. Dishes were out relatively fast, they were not overly heavy taste but not fantastic either. Siewmai was hardly any flavorful, dull. They run a 3.30 sgd dimsum per item on selected items like ribs, siewmai, carrotcake, cheongfun, etc but only the ribs were passable. Then came the 2nd visit. Horrendous !! Deep in an enclosed big mall high up above level , there was actually mosquitoes!! But they were kind enough to accomodate let us change seats but next came the problems Lots of missing items ordered did not turn up or key in order, when probed the staff was not even apologetic and was nonchalant about it. Mind you there were 3 items for hotpot keyed in and didnt turn up yet they dont even bother to check and we were almost done eating !! They also didnt told us condiments take yourself at which corner until i was 2/3 done with dining. Avoid ordering that truffle meepok too, just walk 20m down below and eat at East Ocean. Vast difference. Theirs was bland, and full of alkaline taste. If not for their promo and extensive menu variety, no chance i would have gone a 2nd time !
