I love the outstanding customer service provided by James at the OWNDAYS Takashimaya outlet. He was extremely patient, friendly and went the extra mile to help me. I would like to commend James on his excellent attitude and great service. I highly recommend everyone to visit this outlet to buy your spectacles!

I’ve been an Owndays client for a few years, but at this shop I’ve made 3 pairs of glasses over a few months, including a pair of prescription sunglasses. I just love the look and smell of this boutique and the staff are always professional, kind, friendly and helpful. No hard sell, always with good advice and a good listening ear.

Ray was very nice to offer cleaning and replaced the dirty nose pad on my existing specs. Top tier service.

A 10/10 experience here at the Taka outlet. Much bigger and spacious than the Orchard ion walkway outlet. But the service by Gina Melody was fantastic. She was patient in addressing all my questions. Even the eye check didn’t feel rush. Professional, dedicated and heart felt sincerity. Keep it up Gina!

Store was closing last Saturday and despite, Allen still managed to prepare and cut my lenses working beyond the shop closing time. I am always impressed by the service of Owndays stuff wherever I go. Keep it up ! Ps - Give Allen and Shaun a raise as both being working OT and very hard!

Very fast & efficient service. Ms. Gina Melody was friendly and proactive in helping me get my glasses fitted and adjusted to my needs.

My hubby & I visited Owndays at Takashimaya branch for the first time couple of months ago to purchase our prescription lens & were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the lens & excellent customer services by both Jane & Wei Seng. We also noticed Jane's deep knowledge as an Optometrist & Optician, on top of her high emotional intelligence (e.g. her ability to predict our needs before we even said it & recommending what's best options, etc). To whom it may concern, I have experience a very rude customer service by your cashier at Level 1 near to Kenji Store by a plump size Chinese lady. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Seems all the cashier busy with their phone.This is not my first time experiencing this issue by the same cashier and the Malay lady cashier also give me an uncomfortable feeling as she keep staring at me and both of them seems like gossip about me. I have never experience such a worst customer service experience by your cashier.Whereby I write in to explain this unpleasant experience. Hope to hear from you soon.

Shop at the department store bought a camel working shoe here. Service was fantastic . Served by Rahman. He was enthusiat and was well knowlegeable abt shoes. Thumbs up and look for him when buying a shoe.
