The staff here has to remove the sticker indicating the price on the merchandise that I was purchasing, give me an invoice with said sticker, I have to pay at the cashier, return to the section which I decided to purchase said merchandise, the staff has to retrieve the said invoice before handing me my merchandise. This is absolutely time-consuming and the most backward shopping experience that I have ever encountered in my life.

Cleaner mopped the floor wet causing me to slip and fall and instead of asking if i was fine, she just rudely say, i put signage ya. Who can see the small signage on the floor with a supermarket with so many people. The security guard just stood there and watch. Irresponsible and poorly trained staff

I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding my recent experience with one of your Supervisor Name June at Level 1 - Ladies Accessories ( Near to Dyson)
During the interaction at 8:50pm on 24 Jun 2025 , I came across that your staff is unprofessional and lack of courtesy. This behavior did not meet the expected standards of customer service and left me quite disappointed as a customer. The cashiers seems more patience and polite.
I believe this feedback could help address the matter constructively, ensuring that such experiences do not impact the storeβs reputation or customer satisfaction in the future.

Just tried to process a tax free claim at Takashimaya SC in Singapore but refused because "there system is down". Suggested I come back tomorrow but my flight is in the morning. Staff blamed that it was a holiday so too bad. Even said there was no one available to complain to. Terrible customer service and costly mistake to make.

a store that should not go and shop with. i was at level 4 cashier making payment and the cashiers are sitting down during working hours and talking to one another. they are not even smiling while serving us customers unlike all brand promoters serving us sincerely with a smile. one lady not even in their counters but instead outside their counters and talking to the colleagues. if not interested to work why bother to wear the uniforms? takashimaya management need to do something about this.

Love Takashimaya since I was much younger. It's probably been a very long-time shopping centre for me. Its very memorable for me. It's a very unique place selling a varied food choices, fashion and home ware.
I always go there for weekend shopping. Sometimes it is fantastic with the surprise fairs in the atrium. Thank you for the memories.

When I called in to enquire on certain matter, they were the nicest and most efficient on checking for me. I called in about 8-10 times this year. Never once was I disappointed. Trust me, the quality is much better than Singapore Airline.

I like to send my applause to your staff Sunny, Wei Sen and their male colleague whom I didn't managed to get his name. He attended to me even after closing hour, checked the item that was priced wrongly. He went thru the trouble to refund the payment ($89) and honoured the cheaper price tag ($38) and the whole time they were apologetic, it was a very pleasant customer service experience!
It was 18Jul Friday, basement the section selling kitchenware! Thks.
