Cashier named Wei at Takashimaya outlet was impolite toward the customer.After complaining about her service attitude , she refused to apologise, then she firmly said that she always behaved like that. Poor service!

Among the few outlets they have, the Taka one seems to have the most unfriendly staff. Answering questions very plainly and without a smile so don’t expect much service compared to some of the other outlets. They still make the drinks ok though so at least there’s that.

We strongly recommend this branch. Really awesome Optometrists, and sales team. Professional. Courteous. Diligent. From the moment one stepped into the store, Anna welcome us warmly, smiles, and came to us, although the store is crowded during lunch hour! and listened intently our concerns. The Optometrists, Sze Mei, Priscillia, explained and make sure that we understand the tests results. Awesome. Thumbs up. Highly recommend this branch. (Been in to many branches, most recently, at JP for the 1+1 sales, didn't need, but just gotta have it since we love Owndays but hubby had to have his redone as there were no comprehensive eye tests done at JP then! )

Me and a friend initially went to Ion outlet but shop was small and the staff was busy, so we walk over to Taka outlet, which was bigger and lesser crowd. When we walk into the shop, Jane came over to assist us. Firstly she told us that they are having a national day sale. Then when we were looking around, she started to ask our preference and slowly introduce and explaining every details to us. She was very friendly, patience and serve us almost till the shop closing time. End up I bought a pair of Sunglass and my friend bought a pair of specs using the national day promotion. If I were to make an extra pairs of glasses, I'll definitely come back here again. I'll also recommend to my friend to go there as he was looking to do new pair of glasses.
