Highly recommend the steamed beef tongue👍 our first time trying it this way, tender in a light comforting broth, unlike the usual grilled version you find elsewhere. The sashimi was thick-cut, incredibly fresh, and beautifully presented with flower petals featuring flounder, hamachi, sea bream, salmon, and tuna. The grilled black cod was nicely cooked and delicate in flavor, while the seasonal claypot rice was light with bits of charred rice adding texture and pairing wonderfully with crab meat and ikura. A sweet finish with their Matcha Ice Cream Monaka Sand, a lovely touch you can even request a hand-drawn dessert plate for special occasions!

Had a truly amazing omakase experience here located in Orchard Plaza. Every dish was crafted with precision and care with top-quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation throughout. Special thanks to Ms. Shiho for her warm and attentive service, and to Chef Tetsu, whose skills and passion made the meal unforgettable. Some standout highlights: 🦪Oysters was baked and fresh taste 🥩The beef was super tender and tasty ✨Lotus roots was nice and crunchy 🐟The fish we finished all including the bones and head as it was really crunchy! 🍚the salmon rice bowl super love it 🦀 The hairy crab was sweet, fresh, and beautifully prepared 🧡 The uni was incredibly rich and creamy 🍲 The special tofu in broth was delicate, comforting, and packed with umami 💟Warabi Mochi the best and perfect sweet endings! Best value for money omakase in Singapore. Chef Abe-san is really meticulous with his preparation and the produce is fresh and high quality. Service is good and prompt. I highly recommend the overnight dried squid, grilled oysters and chicken karaage. Photos of the Omakase shown below

We had a wonderful dining experience yesterday. Food was fresh and good (especially the yakitori which was done to perfection) and most importantly, attentive and thoughtful service from both the chef and the waiter. The young waiter was exceptionally attentive and friendly, and he even drew on the dessert plates which was a pleasant surprise and beautiful end to the meal. Will definitely go back especially for the great service!

The fresh sashimi from Japan was the best. The chef’s skills were incredible, and the dishes were so detailed and delicious. I’ll be back for sure.

Not worth it for the price , $25 per clay pot rice and portion size are small , pork rib have strong frozen taste , maybe can increase the portion for the price
