Highly recommend the steamed beef tongue👍 our first time trying it this way, tender in a light comforting broth, unlike the usual grilled version you find elsewhere. The sashimi was thick-cut, incredibly fresh, and beautifully presented with flower petals featuring flounder, hamachi, sea bream, salmon, and tuna. The grilled black cod was nicely cooked and delicate in flavor, while the seasonal claypot rice was light with bits of charred rice adding texture and pairing wonderfully with crab meat and ikura. A sweet finish with their Matcha Ice Cream Monaka Sand, a lovely touch you can even request a hand-drawn dessert plate for special occasions!
