A good place for weekend hang out. Foods a bit pricey but prob expected for an orchard road outlet. The beef burger was delicious with juicy patty and a portobellos mushroom. Big enough for us to split into 2 portions. One for vegetarian and one for meat lover. Coffee was satisfactory. Bread was a little disappointing as I was expecting a little more from a bakery. Hummus was nice but butter still goes better. Ambience was very comfortable. Not too crowded for Sat lunch hour. Not too noisy for conversation.

Service by Ira was very welcoming, helped with christmas special enquiries and making our lattes for our brunch. Even sacrificed her time to talk to my spouse and i about what to buy. Carried by her two young colleagues and their manager whom we saw handling a customer ordering cake.

We visit the chain frequently as one of our favourites. Food quality is good and lot of healthy choices! Wheelock Place branch on L3 provides a great view of orchard road as well! Usually this place is not so crowded as observed today . Tried the Tea set for 2, it is not healthy! Too many creamy pastries and less of meaningful food . They should reduce the pastries and add more of sandwiches or give choices for same . The scones and croissants are nice. However , don’t intend to try it again and would stick to usual A La Carte menu . Here the service and management is particularly poor , this have observed during earlier visits as well! Today they ran out of Ribeye at 3:30 pm! Earlier visits also , they usually never had all that is listed in the menu! We like the Cedele food , but often get disappointed by the service in many of the branches! The management should seriously look into employing motivated service personnel and spend time and money in training them now that the group and brand is fairly big so as to retain loyal patrons , attract good quality ones and promote a healthy living in true sense , not just name sake !

waited so long to receive a wrong order. ordered hot, drink received is cold . tips for handling lunch crowd, do not mix up drinks with other orders ! The lady who attended to me, skip me and gave the other people who just ordered …. i waited for 15mins?? not good!

The service I’ve gotten here was the worst across all the outlets. As a long time patron and silent enjoyer of ChiCha, I hope the manager here at least trains their staff to listen to what the customer’s orders are (I had to repeat thrice, and it’s not like I was whispering) and exchange thank yous instead of looking like they don’t want to be there/ serve people (upon collection, we had to self-service our straws and take our cups from the other side of the counter).

Got it with 50% sugar and it was good. $5.80 for bubble milk tea.

I drink this bubble milk tea many times in other branches. I went to this branch the second time today. Last time, a young man taught me how to join the member patiently, but today the young lady who received me gave me a bad experience. She didn’t ask me if I need ice or hot drink and ordered a normal iced one which I usually drink hot milk tea and no one made wrong before. Because asking is the normal procedure. When I was surprised that I got an iced one, she said arrogantly “Normal is ice.” I hope CHICHA can improve its staff training to avoid this kind of bad experience.

The tea is very aromatic, staff are also very welcoming and nice. Will visit again!
