I visited this salon with my partner for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The entire session for both services was completed in about 30 minutes, which felt very rushed. During that short time, there were three separate attempts to upsell additional treatments for my partner due to dry skin on the feet. One of the recommended add-ons even cost more than the combined manicure and pedicure. After we declined, no further effort was made to properly address the dry skin, and the basic service felt incomplete. The overall results of both the manicure and pedicure were not good and left us feeling quite dissatisfied. Many other reviews mention no hard selling, but that was not our experience. The focus seemed to be more on upselling than providing a thorough and quality service. Overall, this was not a pleasant visit, and we do not plan to return.

Affordable gel nail express ($20) but retention was not gr8 … photos were my nails after 2 weeks, where there was peeling and chipping + one of my thumb nails had actually broken off. Got my nails re-did elsewhere and the nail tech there said either the polish was too old (so the pigments and the oils had separated) or the curing was insufficient. Service was decent — most of the nail techs are Vietnamese whose Chinese tend to be better than their English, so if you have complex asks and only speak English, your results may be 50-50. Environment was alright, if somewhat shabby. Booking was easy and response was prompt. Removal costed an additional $10.

I was a bit worried about the establishment name at first. I decided to have a pedicure. They have very new massage chairs with clean, integrated foot baths and clean equipment. Good quality service and I would come here again.

Had my pedicure done by Lynn 🫶🏻 really lovely lady and was very attentive and friendly. Saw this place on Lemon8 and came to try out :D Will be back again✨

my second time back! decided to come back because of the good retention even after playing sports - only started coming off after 4 weeks. brought my mum with me for manipedi and it was a good and comfortable experience for her too, all the staff were very friendly and professional (recommended colours to suit skin tone, outfits for event, etc). package is also worth the price! highly recommend 👍🏼 edit: this is after 4.5 weeks - great retention

Pleasant experience. Nail artists are very professional and dedicated to their work. They are also gentle and detailed. The shop is clean and the equipments and towels are fresh and clean. I enjoy coming here once every 3 weeks. I have visited many shops over the years and have not been impressed with their service standard overtime. So I hope that this kind of good standard will be upheld at NailSlut.

Send my GMT2 for glass replacement, overhaul, polishing. Added protective firm as well. Served by Mabel from sending in and collecting, she clearly explain what will be done. All good and will recommend!

Pleasant experience. Repaired & polished my Hublot Classic watch and the job was done well and it only took a week instead of the 2-3 weeks that I originally expected. Service staff Jeremy at WatchLab is extremely kind and helpful. Happy with my “new” watch!
