Service experience at the store was okay — staff were polite and professional. However, the Audemars Piguet 15202ST I viewed was listed as “Like New” when it had clearly been polished before. My watchmaker confirmed the bezel wasn’t in original condition, with one side noticeably smooth while the rest remained sharp. There was also a chip on the watch case which the store was upfront about. For high-end timepieces, transparency about prior polishing or touch-ups is important. The watch should not have been described as like new without mentioning this.

We’re absolutely thrilled today! We were actually planning to buy a watch from another shop, but as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a super friendly lady. We totally forgot her name, but she was incredibly polite and eager to help. Dylan even came over and gave us some great ideas and suggestions about the Rolex. He even educated us about the Rolex, telling us all about its advantages, features, and details. He’s so passionate about his job! And after we felt the overall service, we decided to close the deal. This kind of amazing service from Dylan and the lady was so welcoming and unforgettable!
