Jeremy was extremely helpful and attentive. He went through all the details of my watch servicing and ensured I understood the condition and results of the servicing. This place is extremely professional and although I was a little apprehensive at first since I never used them, they have solidified my confidence that I'll be a regular customer here! Great job to Jeremy and the Watchlab team...thank you!

Got Kaya toast with butter - set came with eggs and a drink Texture of the toast was amazing. So much butter and was very sweet, however. Overall it was not bad Basement floor of food court, a lot of food options around!

I like it there. It’s tucked in a corner and it’s generally less crowded than the other outlets. Coffee and food are pretty standard. They taste and feel the same as any other Yakun. But what puts me off at times are the recent and gradual increases in prices. But if you are craving for local coffee and you don’t want the Starbucks beans, this is a good alternative. In the same building there are plenty of coffee spots, and I will check them out for you and review them. I also like their peanut butter in a jar. You can buy and bring back home.

Trusted place for their signature kaya toast, as well as their tasty smooth coffee which I enjoy too. Reasonable price. Friendly and efficient staff even though sometimes there may be a small crowd. Conveniently located on level one in the corner. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Ya Kun Kaya Toast located at level 1 of Far East Plaza (looks like at basement level) is at a corner. It has a smaller dining area and a cosy feel. The staff was quite nice and forewarn me to be careful of the freshly steamed Kaya Chinese New Year Bun. The food and milk tea was quite nice and filling. Toast bread and hot tea/coffee is a local delight.

Went few times for breakfast, can’t go wrong with toast/egg/coffee combo & for a great price too. Coffee would taste different every time depending on who made it, some days too sweet, bitter or just right. Dine in can get cramped when busy, try to snag a table before you go to order.

Felt so short changed. The tea was just 3/4 filled. When I asked for more, he simply ignored. Kind of attitude.
