This shop ID (847) does not appear in the current database records, suggesting the establishment either ceased operations, relocated from Far East Plaza, or requires database updates. Retail tenant turnover reflects normal commercial dynamics as businesses respond to market performance, lease conditions, and strategic considerations affecting location viability.
Shopping complexes like Far East Plaza maintain overall retail ecosystem vitality through ongoing tenant mix evolution. While specific establishments come and go, the building's density and diversity of offerings typically remain robust. New tenants contribute fresh concepts and products that help sustain the complex's appeal and relevance to consumers.
Visitors benefit from consulting current building directories and information resources for accurate tenant locations and operating business listings. Far East Plaza's concentration of retail options means alternatives generally exist for most shopping categories even when specific shops close or relocate to different locations.
Worst Ya Kun in Singapore. First saying no toast & secondly served me coffee in takeaway cups rather than the dine in porcelain cups, saying they are closing soon & do not want wash more cups? It’s my problem?

Ordered 2 plates of chicken rendang toast and 1 durian toast. Chicken rendang meat came cold, with some pieces looking pink. Durian toast tasted sour which was a bit odd. Wrote in to feedback but there was no reply.

This Ya Kun outlet offers the familiar kaya toast and local coffee experience, but its location in a corner of Far East Plaza's basement gives it a slightly more dated feel. If you're simply looking for a classic Singaporean breakfast (kaya toast and kopi), it will certainly suffice.

Trusted place for their signature kaya toast, as well as their tasty smooth coffee which I enjoy too. Reasonable price. Friendly and efficient staff even though sometimes there may be a small crowd. Conveniently located on level one in the corner. Thank you! 🙏🏻

One of the better managed Yakun outlet with food prepared with care, attention to detail and staff are friendly. Breakfast ordered was delicious and coffee was really good too! Overall, nice outlet, just that space is a little too cramp.

Ya Kun Kaya Toast located at level 1 of Far East Plaza (looks like at basement level) is at a corner. It has a smaller dining area and a cosy feel. The staff was quite nice and forewarn me to be careful of the freshly steamed Kaya Chinese New Year Bun. The food and milk tea was quite nice and filling. Toast bread and hot tea/coffee is a local delight.

Hearty breakfast - steamed bun set, my fren said their half boiled egg is not as runny which to their liking. I love the steamed kaya butter bread as always. Their kopi is highly recommended, got the kick. I find that this place is not as noisy and more peaceful, enjoy it very much.
