Alan is all charm but then charges exorbitant prices. He made no effort to offer me an itemised tax invoice. His prices were double, if not triple, what could be obtained elsewhere. My mistake was I trusted him and took my eftpos docket, thinking the invoice was attached. When I saw the entry on my statement I was astounded. I went and asked for an explanation but was only offered a paltry discount. Offensive. If you buy from this guy, check every price closely and insist on tax invoice.

I do NOT recommend this shop! There are no visible price tags and things a extremely overpriced. In the beginning the shopowner seemed really nice. After I confronted him about his exorbitant prices, he became rude and started yelling at me. He said there was nothing I could do, that he had been here for many years, and that I just had to put up with it.

After buying something from this shop, I quickly checked its price online and was shocked to see it was being sold for three times less elsewhere. I went back immediately, hoping to discuss the price. Instead, the store own Allen shouted at me, insulted me and told me I should not challenge him since he’d been in business for decades. When I mentioned the price difference of over $100, he simply said “too bad” and refused any solution. I felt humiliated, intimidated, and completely unheard. I would not recommend anybody who wants a fair deal or a fair treatment from this guy.

I recently made a purchase here and found out shortly after that the same item was available online for about a third of the price I paid in the store. I returned right away, hoping they would at least acknowledge or explain the huge price difference. Instead, Allen the owner became defensive, raising his voice and mocking me. He refused to discuss anything, repeating that there was no refund once the transaction was done. It felt like a very unfair way to treat a paying customer. Please do not shop in this place if you dont want to be cheated and scammed.

He is so kind, funny, sweet and truly so helpful. He gave us discounts and helped us with anything we needed. He is always smiling, such an amazing atmosphere and person.

Uncle Alan is honest and a good salesman. We came in to check the price of a screen protector for iphone 15 max. He was upfront with how much each of the screens are and what the quality is. There were no hidden charges.
We were students and had a bad experience at the shope next to dunkin who charged us exorbitant prices without disclosing to us first.
When we came into far east plaza, his shop was located to the left of the entrance.
He sells iphone gadgets, cameras, thumbdrives all things electronic. Highly recommend Uncle Alan shop

uncle alan was very helpful! helped me to set up my iphone 15 plus and allowed me to trade in my 15 pro max screen protector for a 15 plus one :-) was very nice and guided me through every step of the way and also recommended me things to do for my iphone. the shop did not have magsafe case but he helped me to stick on the magsafe for free! very helpful and would totally recommend this tech shop at far east and not the other tech shops as they tend to hardsell and also up price for their products!
