I’ve been here many times trying different dishes. So far, everything has been done well. Food I’ve tried - shredded chicken aka 口水雞, MLXG, salted egg pork rib, fried French bean, tofu century egg and fried wings. I love them all, lol. In my opinion, their salted egg dish is far more superior than next door’s Iykyk. Service is very good too. Friendly and proactive. Environment wise, spacious and comfortable. See you soon, again! Haha

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this restaurant located in top floor Far East mall. Would definitely come back to try more dishes. Lemon grass chicken pleasently fresh and crispy. Salted egg sauce pork ribs also great. Vegetables fresh!

I signed up for a package with Nailedit because their Ghim Moh outlet was just a block away from my home — convenience was the only reason I committed to a package. Earlier this year, I was informed that the branch would be “temporarily” closed due to piping issues. There were no proper updates, and despite messaging the boss multiple times for clarity, I received no concrete answers. Eventually, I discovered on my own that the outlet had closed for good. During my package period, I was pregnant twice and barely had the chance to use my credits. Now, with three young children, travelling all the way to Far East Plaza is unrealistic — and it defeats the entire purpose of signing up for a neighbourhood branch package to begin with. I requested a refund for the unused portion (around $600), even offering to forgo the original discount, but the boss refused. What made matters worse was the actual experience at FEP: walk-ins are almost impossible because they’re frequently fully booked, and there are many other salons in the mall offering cheaper prices with immediate availability. At this point, I have no interest in continuing with Nailedit and have decided to bring my case to CASE for fair resolution. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision — if you’re considering a package here, be aware that branch closures, lack of transparency, and inflexible policies may leave you stranded with credits you cannot reasonably use.

I’ve been with Nailedittttt since her home-based business days, and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Contrary to popular belief, my nails have grown stronger under her care. She’s not only fast but also incredibly talented at nail art. I’ve recommended her to over 10 clients, and they’ve all been thrilled with her work. Her attention to detail and skillful hands make every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend Nailedittttt to anyone looking for top-notch manicure services!

Had been a supporter of the salon for 3-4 years but the quality of the manicure has become really bad in recent years. Cuticles are not cleaned neatly and nails lifted from the back. The polish also started chipping within a week. Customer service is terrible and only reply when you want to book an appointment. They ignore all other messages and questions. They also refuse to give quotations so you wont know how much you’re being charged. They also told us their other branch was renovating but it ended up closing down without notice. Previously all manis lasted at least 6 weeks with perfect retention as what the other comments claim but thats not the case anymore. The boss also used to reply the whatsapp and was really nice. This used to be my go to place but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone anymore.

New to this place, from the reviews online, it seemed pretty convincing in terms of skills and customer service. Nail tech attitude was fine, had no complains. But my nails came out as thick as a mountain.. I did not voice it out because I wanted to trust the process while she did the hard gel. Also, I wasn’t sure if I was overthinking. But as when time goes by, and the comments I have been getting from friends. Made me realised I was actually right after all.. Overall, nails were too thick and too bumpy. Disappointed. Love the colour tho.

Been doing my nails since last year. The service is good and the products are the best. I absolutely love the finished nails and I appreciate the shop using really good products. These last me for weeks without having to worry about my natural nails breaking.

Gel started peeling off by itself one by one after 4 weeks. Thought that nail tech buffed the nail bed too thin because I felt that my nails were slightly sore after the session. After the gel was peeled off, the thin and scratched nail beds were revealed. Nails chip off easily now. I have to wait for the nails to grow out before getting another set of nail art. Definitely will not come to this salon again when the time comes.
