I've been with beauty talk shop for more than 10 years, both Doreen and Joey are skillful beauticians with excellent services. Love their bojin, gua sha and hot stone treatment. It's a cosy boutique facial shop in Fast East Plaza, but you will keep returning because of their skillful facial and relaxing shoulder massage. Another thing I like about BTS is their non-pushy sales and reasonably priced treatments. I enjoyed my facial sessions with them all these years, will highly recommend anyone to give it a try when you are in Orchard in Singapore. The shop is located at a corner at Level 2, easy to locate next to some F&B shops.

I was introduced to this facial service by my daughter, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. At this stage in life, I was looking for skincare that could help slow down the signs of aging and keep my skin healthy. After just a few sessions, I noticed my skin feeling smoother and brighter, with improved texture, less oiliness, and even some reduction in my eye bags. It’s been such a pleasant experience.

I’ve been going to Beauty Talk shop since 2012! Doreen & Joey are awesome beauticians who looked after my skin since my teens! Now even my husband goes to them for his skin. Always loved the customised treatments they recommend to me (almost every session is different for me as I have combination skin and my skin fluctuates with the crazy weather changes. They have other treatments besides facials. Highly recommend their bojin, gua Sha and I did a back treatment to prep for my wedding too! My back was flawless and to boot, the back and facial massages are to die for (always looking forward to it). They are definitely not pushy for sales unlike other facial places I’ve been to.

It never feels pushy; just tailored to what my skin needs. My mum noticed the difference — my pores have gotten smaller! I was so happy with the results, I even introduced her to the service too. Highly recommend if you're looking for a facial that’s both effective and a treat to look forward to.

Did a bojin facial . Staff Joey did such a fantastic job ... thorough and skillful. The shoulder massage was just too good . I highly recommend this cute little salon for customers who are looking for a soulful experience.

Beauty Talk Shop was a recent find for me. I immediately noticed the 5 stars and glowing reviews that it had received over the years. I tried their promotional hydration treatment and aroma Bojin eye treatment in mid July. These facial treatments were recommended by the facial therapist based on my skin condition. The therapist's expert hands almost lulled me to sleep. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing treatment that lasted for about 2.5 hours. All in all, I will definitely recommend this facial treatment shop for their excellent service and professionalism. Thanks Beauty Talk Shop!

I met Doreen & V10+ products during Isetan roadshow more than 15 years ago, and have been using the products since then. The V10+ range is suitable for my skin, and it's always a pleasure to visit the shop where Doreen's & Joey's friendly & professional presence puts one at ease. They have good knowledge of skincare and products but is never pushy to sell. I've recommended my friends to Beauty Talk Shop and they're also happy customers now.
