This place sucks! Totally scam! Come at your own risk! Visited this place with my friend today. When we first entered this shop, we asked to do classic manicure and pedicure. On the shop itself was written $38. When we paid, the staff said it was $100. We got shocked. She said that to add colours, it is $100. But in the first place, she didn’t say that say that mail polish is not included in the $38. After that , we called the manager, Ms Sally. Her attitude sucks. Calling manager makes no difference. When I called her, I told her that your staff overcharged us and didn’t disclose all information. Her reply was “你们又没有问”. I told her that it is her staffs who are dishonest. They should have printed clearly that colours have to add on extra price! The staffs should have informed the customer and said that there are charges for colours. I have been doing manicure and pedicure for so long. I have never been to a shop where doing colours have to add on money. The price $38 is just a scam to “attract” the customer to go in. The manager just said if I want to complain, just go ahead. The manager has no sense of apology as well. Just to apply colour cost $62 on toes and hands? It’s really ridiculous! Total add up to $100. This shop is a total scam! Pls do not come! If I can ever rate a negative, I will rate -100000. Such a dishonest shop. I am gg to raise this problematic 黑店 to CASE.

I went there in 2021 to buy a package with my friend who claimed that this was a pretty good and cheap nails shop. Without thinking much, I bought the package. I recently went back on CNY eve and I wanted to do my nails. At first, I entered and told them I have a package. They told me that I cannot use my package because its the holiday season. I was perplexed because I was not told of this terms and condition before purchasing and since I’ve travelled all the way to Orchard, I didnt mind paying the normal price (not the packaged ones). The lady then told me there is an additional $5 charge on top of the normal price because it is peak season. I accepted thinking it was $20 in total (though i hesitated). I wanted a different colour on my nails and the lady said it was another $5. At that point I felt cheated and could have done my nails at other malls for cheaper price but I was already halfway through it. At the end, it was $25 but I accidentally gave the shop $30 because I didn’t calculate properly(my bad). (BUT) Before giving, I asked the lady boss if its $30 and she said correct. Though I’ve been scammed of my $5, I felt they have lost my trust in them. Just today, my cousin told me that the layers of the nail polish was v thick (without me telling the story) and said it doesn’t look pleasing, which made me very disappointed (like imagine during CNY u spend so much but somebody says it looks bad). Tdlr: though the pic colours looks pretty, it was rlly thick. Remind me to not patronize the shop ever again.

Had my suit made at The Suited Label and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Evan and Luke were professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Their guidance on fabric and fit made the process easy, and the final suit turned out perfect. Thank youuuuuuuuuuuu!

I had a great experience tailoring a suit for the first time with TSL. The team is very patience and professional. I needed my suit urgently for an upcoming conference, and am very thankful that the team was able to expedite for me (wasn’t really expecting it because they have quite a number of orders). A big thank you and I love the suit!

Just tailored a 2-piece suit from The Suited Label for my wedding, and service was excellent! Initially clueless and overwhelmed by the number of choices and details required, Evan from The Suited Label was patient with explanations and assisted with streamlining the options right down to final decisions. We only had ~1 month for the suit to be ready, and despite the holiday session, The Suited Label was able to deliver as promised, including alterations done! Unfortunately, I did not decide in time to have them tailor-make my shirt-piece as well, and ended up getting a shirt from a G2000 store. Needless to say, the fitting was off for the shirt (sleeves were way too long for me). Evan was kind enough to offer their services to also include altering the Shirt for me..FOC and delivered in time as promised too. Kudos to the team, very professional. Would highly recommended this place for specialized tailoring needs.

This is my first time getting a tailored made suit and without saying, the suited label provided top notch services. They went through everything with detailed explainations; material, buttons, vest etc. They even showed me live sample to let me have a better idea of what I'll be getting. Lead time was just nice; 5 weeks which fits my schedule due to my urgent business trip. The first fitting was perfect, complimenting their precise measurement provided. Will definitely come back for my future suits.

Made my first ever tailored suit here and I can’t wait to make my next one here! JJ and Evan are young professionals and they really know their stuff! JJ was patient and extremely professional with helping me navigate through all the technicalities of making and fitting in a suit! Also, I had a late request and needed a suit in less than a month and they delivered! Service was excellent, product was amazing and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family too!

Made my first ever tailored suit here for my wedding. I didn't know what to expect or how to choose from so many different cloth materials and design. Evan and JJ are very patient to guide me through the entire process and they waited a long time too while I took long time to decide. Both Evan and JJ knows on how to customise the suit very well and made good suggestions as well. Very positive experience and highly recommended!

They even guided me from selecting my materials, buttons and etc. Showed me multiple samples for my reference and ideas. Best part is they are very professional and efficient, gotten my suit ready with just 1 month time and my first fitting fits perfectly good. Will definitely recommend to my friends and families also will come back to made my suit again in the future.

The service is great overall. There are a lot of fabrics for you to choose from. The tailor will ask about the occasion where you intend to wear the suit and make suggestions in terms of color and style. The fabrics are shipped from afar, so the process might take more than a month. The fit is great, and they may alter your suit if the fit is not optimal when you try it on. All in all, they know what they are doing, and the products are worth the price.
