Taz was recommended to me by my cousins who have engaged her service. She was very responsive and called me up promptly to understand my requirements and household environment. She then matches a helper whom she thinks is suitable for our family. I trusted her recommendation and hired the helper. Taz guided me through the whole process thoroughly and promptly. Taz also made the extra effort to do a video call with us, to find out if everything is fine for the helper and for us. I saw how she communicate to my helper. She treats the helper with kindness and respect. I am honestly impressed with her work ethic. I highly recommend Taz to anyone looking to hire a helper.

When I engage I-Hunting in 2022, the whole process of hiring the maid was fuss free and easy. Smooth transfer and deliver new helper on time. It’s a late review, it's coming to 2 years since our helper has been with us. She is very conscientious and caring of my mum who has dementia and myself, a disabled. We are very pleased with her great attitude and quality of work and we are really grateful for her. We have just renewed her work permit to another 2 years. Very thankful to know Taz, I-Hunting and I am fortunate to have engaged their services. They are very careful in the selection of maids. With her years of experience in the industry, Taz is very helpful, fast, efficient and always prompt in reply. Keep up the good work and would definitely recommend her company to help anyone who has queries or in search of a maid.

I have had a fantastic experience working with i-hunting and Taz during the helper hiring process. I am new to Singapore and this is my first time hiring a helper in Singapore. Taz has made it effortless and our helper is a great fit to the needs of my family. Taz was able to do this because she understands my needs, cares about the what suits best for both me and the helper. Very disappointing experience. Despite being listed on MOM’s website as an operating agency, they clearly stated they only serve referral or existing clients. If you are a new customer, don’t waste your time. Misleading and unprofessional.
