Very disappointing experience. Despite being listed on MOM’s website as an operating agency, they clearly stated they only serve referral or existing clients. If you are a new customer, don’t waste your time. Misleading and unprofessional.

Her fees are reasonable, with no surprise charges, and her service is responsive and straightforward. She’s practical, patient, and doesn’t pressure you into rushing decisions. What I appreciated most was her transparency—she shares clear details about the helpers and helps manage expectations on both sides. Even after placement, she remains contactable for questions or follow-up. Overall, a dependable and trustworthy agent I wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you're looking for someone fuss-free and helpful!

I have had approached more than 5 agencies for helper before I came across I-Hunting. In the process of finding a helper through I-HUNTING, Taz made the extra effort to ensure that the helper would be a good fit to us and vice-versa. Where there are possible gaps in meeting my expectation, Taz will be explicit to highlight them and propose workaround. She will also talk to the candidates again and again to check and prepare them. If it is not a good fit, Taz will not hesitate to highlight to us and rather not close the deal. When the helper is confirmed and in SG, she makes the effort to check in with us and the helper at the initial phase whether everything is okay and help to mitigate if there is any potential issue. Through how Taz interact with her helper and what she can tell me about them, it is clear to me that she knows her helper more than just a name and what is written on their profile. My experience with I-HUNTING is a huge contrast of experience I had with other agencies that just want to close the deal fast, earn the bucks and move on. Much less want to check in with employer and helper how are things going. My brother, my father and I have engaged a helper from I-HUNTING ever since.

5 star and more for I-hunting!! So happy with the service provided by Taz and her ability to curate profiles to help my family find a helper that checks all my non-negotiables. Before engaging I-hunting, I contacted many other agencies and received many biodatas. Also looked through netmaid and interviewed over 20 helpers - none were the right fit. Taz then sent me one profile that seemed perfect (vs other agencies that mass sends profiles without checking my needs). Had a chat with the potential candidate and by the 4th question I knew she’s the right fit for my family. Taz even came down personally to my place to make sure everything’s okay when my helper arrived. Very happy with my helper and Taz for her expertise in matching employers with the right profiles. Highly recommend I-hunting!

I am surprised to see a review of one person, which had given such bad review regarding Taz, which all my relatives and friends had great and smooth dealing with Taz. There was no issue when we were communicating with Taz during hiring to onbarding the helper. Even after sales service, she has excellence follow up with me, if there is any issue. I wish to compliment Taz from I Huntung, who is very professional in sourcing helper for me and even my siblings, cousins and friends. She will personally understand the family nuclear and based on our needs, match the most suitable profile of the helper for us. My last helper came in had a few issues with my old mother and she wanted to quite from my house umpteen times. Taz was diligently giving counselling and mediation for us to make it work between employer and helper. In the end my helper stayed for 4 years and we have becomes friends, and now we are still in contact. Great thanks to Taz in her professionalism for trying her best in every case to make the working relationship works out. She truly understands the issue employer n helper face. I will continue to be a long term repeated client of Taz as long as I need a helper, because I only trust Taz in my hiring of helper.
