You can always count on Taz from I hunting for hiring of domestic helper. She is not the typical type of agent who over sell and under deliver, instead she always exceed my expectations for my needs and timeline. She is very nice to the helpers under her too who I believe is rare in this industry. Will refer her to anyone who needs a reliable agency !

Tried to redeem some hardcopy Frasers vouchers instead of using the app as the instructions clearly said I could. Male staff refused to even try to scan the barcode on the vouchers even though I told him the instructions to. Just keep telling me to go up to information counter to check. In the end, the nice lady at the information counter had to come down with me to guide him. No apologies for time wasted, just a glum face throughout the whole interaction. Edit: Visited on 20 Nov, around 11.30am.
