I have had a fantastic experience working with i-hunting and Taz during the helper hiring process. I am new to Singapore and this is my first time hiring a helper in Singapore. Taz has made it effortless and our helper is a great fit to the needs of my family. Taz was able to do this because she understands my needs, cares about the what suits best for both me and the helper. She also goes out of her way to helping our helper settling in, and helping me find my way around in the beginning. I would strongly recommend i-Hunting and Taz.

When I engage I-Hunting in 2022, the whole process of hiring the maid was fuss free and easy. Smooth transfer and deliver new helper on time. It’s a late review, it's coming to 2 years since our helper has been with us. She is very conscientious and caring of my mum who has dementia and myself, a disabled. We are very pleased with her great attitude and quality of work and we are really grateful for her. We have just renewed her work permit to another 2 years. Very thankful to know Taz, I-Hunting and I am fortunate to have engaged their services. They are very careful in the selection of maids. With her years of experience in the industry, Taz is very helpful, fast, efficient and always prompt in reply. Keep up the good work and would definitely recommend her company to help anyone who has queries or in search of a maid.

Very disappointing experience. Despite being listed on MOM’s website as an operating agency, they clearly stated they only serve referral or existing clients. If you are a new customer, don’t waste your time. Misleading and unprofessional.
