The website showed that they closed at 10pm, we arrived at 9:31pm to see a sign on the counter that last orders are at 9:30pm. They need to change their opening hours if they’re closing 30mins earlier.

I love the chocolate vegan soft serve. It's delicious. And before I became vegan, I loved the yogurt with the cookie sauce and cookie crumbs. There was once when they had the pistachio vegan soft serve and I did not like that at all. The service is a hit or miss. I've been served by some staff there who have been lovely and some who were not. Even though the place has comfortable seating, the place just feels grimey.

Business needs to look into staff training on handling customers. Looked into other reviews having many similar experience to terrible and bad attitude by staff. To the management. If you have a business and cannot train staff. Don't open a business.

I couldn’t see well with my progressive glasses done at another shop. Came to Raylite & seek a 2nd opinion. The team is warmth and did a great job working out the solution for me.

I called Raylite Optical to enquire about spectacles that meet NS requirements for new recruits. They are friendly and professional. They don’t do hard selling and give me what I preferred. They are patience to me and willing to spend more time to explain the details. Providing me a very meticulous eyes check to ensure me having the correct lenses. Good customer service and definitely recommendable to seek service from them. I am happy to get this nice progressive glasses.

Recently bought two excellent pairs of glasses for NS, which Raylite has a solid selection range for. On top of their friendliness and patience, Damien and Zac were highly knowledgeable on maintenance and lens materials, providing much-needed clarity. Moreover, Damien was very efficient with adjusting my current pair of glasses on two occasions. The selection of eyewear in general looked quite generous too. Highly recommended! :)

Amazing quality and service all for eyes one stop shop. Good eyeglasses selection, great service and quality. They do it all prescription to repairs. Zeiss quality lenses. Very happy with my new glasses, new prescriptions and even got my old ones repaired to have ready when in need.
