They are friendly and professional. They don’t do hard selling and give me what I preferred. They are patience to me and willing to spend more time to explain the details. Providing me a very meticulous eyes check to ensure me having the correct lenses. Good customer service and definitely recommendable to seek service from them. The pricing was very reasonable, so I made an appointment to visit the shop with my son that same day. Zachary welcomed us warmly and patiently explained the various frame options suitable for NS. Warm and friendly service. I came into the shop as I wanted to replace the lenses on my existing Silhouette frame. I received truly exceptional service from Eugene and his colleague. During my eye examination they patiently and clearly answered all of my questions and took great care in explaining the different options available and what might work best for me. They also showed skill and expertise in ensuring that the glasses were properly fitted and the lenses correctly adjusted for my face. They turned my order around very quickly and when I picked up the glasses they again took the time to check that everything was correct and to guide me on how to most effectively use the lenses. Great products and first class service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
