Paying customer on Sunday, 23 March 25 at 5pm I had a frozen yoghurt with my 2 year old daughter and she wanted some water, so I asked for a small cup. The utterly rude staff said I should go and buy it in the supermarket nearby. Please change the staff immediately dear Yolé management!

Would rate this zero stars if I could. Waffle bowl tastes like vomit (literally, me and my friend both agree) and salted caramel crunch had an aftertaste to it, almost as if the salt was separating from the caramel. The chocolate crunch was also stale.

The website showed that they closed at 10pm, we arrived at 9:31pm to see a sign on the counter that last orders are at 9:30pm. They need to change their opening hours if they’re closing 30mins earlier.

Staff missing from the outlet.. states 10 mins wait time, but no one has appeared after 15 mins??

Business needs to look into staff training on handling customers. Looked into other reviews having many similar experience to terrible and bad attitude by staff. To the management. If you have a business and cannot train staff. Don't open a business.

Yolé Orchard is the biggest Yolé outlet I’ve visited so far. It’s spacious and even has a sofa, which makes it a cozy spot to enjoy yogurt. The yogurt itself is consistently good, making it a great place for a sweet treat. However, be mindful when choosing your toppings, as they can add up quickly. Overall, it’s a comfortable place for a relaxing dessert stop.

Had a great & yummy dessert at this cozy Yole cafe! I’ve always wanted to try their homemade cones, so I ordered their froyo on a cone, which came with 2 toppings. The cone was very crunchy and dense, with unique flavour and slight hints of cinnamon. Perfect pairing with the taste of their frozen yoghurt! I crushed some of it and ate it with the frozen yoghurt together, it was pretty satisfying and tasty. 🥳👍😋 for the toppings, I chose mixed berries and oreo crunch. Soo delicious! Particularly enjoyed the mixed berries 👌 their cookie sauce is really good too! The place has lots of seating and comfortable seats, with a brightly lit relaxing atmosphere. There are tables where you can do some work/study too. Love the ambience and space. Special mention to the great service! The staff were so friendly & patient with my indecisiveness, they made my day ☀️ Overall, perfect place for a cozy meal. Atmosphere is great, plenty of seats. The froyo and cone combination was perfect too. They were generous with the portions, and it was very filling. Worth it & I will order this again! food 5/5 service 5.5/5 ambience 5/5

Newly open frozen treat shop. No dairy no sugar added as it is made out of oat milk… I understand the concept but also confused by it 😂 seating area has sofa and quite comfortable.

Great location for cafe vibes. Staff Wirdatul is very friendly and pretty. And her colleague is also very nice. Will definitely come here again each time I visit Singapore 🙌🏼👍🏼
