I've been going to this nail salon for years, and honestly, it’s never once crossed my mind to switch to another place. There are just so many reasons why I keep coming back—location, quality of staff, level of service, and more. 1. Location: It’s super convenient—literally right in front of Somerset MRT. Since the shop’s in the basement, even if there’s a heavy downpour, you won’t get wet getting there. 2. Price Point: Their prices are really reasonable. You honestly wouldn’t believe the level of service you get for what you pay. 3. Staff: Everyone’s really friendly and nice. I usually go for the packages they recommend because they’re a great deal. But they never hard sell—just friendly suggestions. Whether you take it or not is totally up to you, and even if you say no, they treat you exactly the same. 4. Easy Booking System: Booking is super straightforward. Some salons are known for selling big packages but are always fully booked when you try to use them—not the case here. I’ve never had any trouble making an appointment. 5. Service Quality: Last but definitely not least, their nail art and overall service quality are consistently amazing. Jessie, in particular, is a truly talented nail artist—she’s incredibly skilled, super fast, and somehow pulls off little nail miracles without me even needing to say much. I just sit back and let her work her magic. And no, in case you're wondering, this isn’t stealth marketing or a sponsored post—I’m just a regular paying customer who’s genuinely happy with their service. I just wanted to share this gem of a salon with more people… as long as it doesn't get too crowded after this! 😄

Kimiyo G is my favourite place to unwind and I’ve been a loyal customer for > 10 years! Staff are always friendly, skilled and professional, and the environment is super cozy. My mani/pedis often last and stay fresh for a long while! What I love most – no pushy package sales, just straightforward, quality care every visit!

Been a customer for many years since pre-covid, the nail techs are always friendly, welcoming and most importantly very efficient and fast so I don't have to sit for a long time. Some hard selling at times, but still alright. Depending on the experience of the staff, mani/pedi can last! This is my mani after almost 1 month, grew out without chips or lifting corners. However my pedi that was done on the same day as the mani wasn't so good, 2 dropped off within 1wk+, but it was done by a nail tech new to me... Usually my pedis done here are very good, colours can last 2-3 months.

I love this fast service , it only takes 30 minutes and lasts up to 30 days! 💅 I got my nail art set done so quickly, and it looks amazing. The service includes cuticle care and a relaxing hand massage. One set of nail art plus free soak-off on your next visit ,all for just $88! So worth it! My previous review had been overwritten. So I will rewrite one now that my patronage to this nail parlour is almost a year. I had topped up my package despite living further and not as many reasons to visit town now. I truly enjoy each visit (even those I still had to top up in cash despite having credits 🤷🏻‍♀️) and they try to satisfy most of my nail art ventures while fulfilling the basic manicure standards. You will hear the occasional promotional selling but I guess that's normal in such beauty/care service settings. They always have a selected service that will be discounted every now and then. Which was a good chance to try everything 😅. To avoid disappointment, book way in advance and let them know if you wanna do anything on top of regular services so they allocate more time for you.

Friendly therapists, no force sales and Amy is nice and gentle, takes good care of my nails. The price are reasonable at orchard area too. Recommended.
