My first time experience at Dr Hair was a fantastic experience. Lucy was warm and friendly - she explained every step of the hair treatment process she was going to take me through, was reassuring and also answered all my questions about how to maintain a healthy scalp. 100% recommend !

Beware of this lady promoting products there as she can be very forceful and overly persistent, even after I politely declined. On Monday 10/11/25 at around 3.15pm, I walked past and she repeatedly blocked my way until I finally gave her a tongue lashing and there was no apology afterward

Janny cavian, thought me more about the way to apply the detox and how to clean my skin, teach me about their products, how they work. Very gentle when applying it on my skin, doesn't seem rushing too. Very polite :)

One of the staff members, Tasha, recommended some products I hadn’t intended to buy at all. But after she explained them, the urge to try them was overwhelming! and hopefully, these products are as good as she said.

Honestly ! did not go to this store when you see them with samples they kidnapped me for 40min to buy their product! I told them that I'm only a student and I can't buy such an amount instead of a product around 100$S they made me 50$S nice from them but she didn't want to let me go out so I had to buy by force when I don't need I already have a range of products at home! And to talk about the fact that I am French studying in Singapore, they took into account that my parents put a lot of money into the trip! even if she offered me a facial treatment at the end she wanted to make me sell an item for 400$S!! They also even asked me for my budget which is 282$S they make me the offer at 200$S LOL and what do I eat at the end of the month? Finally I told them the last NO and they left me without saying goodbye.

Always feel warm welcoming by friendly beauty advicer Wendy (smiley), excellent facial skills by Elise (gentle). Effective beauty products recommended by Jenny (good service), definitely recommend to friends and family members.

Looking thru all the reviews I'm surprised that this shop has been around for the past 3 years at least. Plesse be warned, don't ever take the sample the sales person standing outside the shop is handing out. You'll be hoodwinked into going inside the shop to try out their miracle eyecream for eyebags which cost a King's ransom of more than $2000! (which I'm pretty sure she will give me a very generous discount if I had stayed on to listen 😂). The product "works" like those viral eyecreams flooding FB some time ago which cost a mere fraction of the price.

I love the new outlet giving classy interior. My first time here for my complimentary facial ( i had 3 different treatments) and my most favourite is the detox part. They shared about it , they had very good knowledge and experiences. I love the beautician skills and always keep me aware the products she will apply/place on my face, she understood my face issues and advice me well. I wanted to thank Cecilia for giving friends vibes and support me any ways to suits my budget & Joanne (the beautician) and will look forward to come by sooner or later. 1000/10
